I had the same experience from eBay seller TomTop-w that another reviewer here had. I purchased a wireless mouse; it worked, so I left positive feedback and then purchased a second one. This one was defective. I contacted TomTop. They asked me very nicely to take the mouse to a repair shop to get it fixed and they would reimburse me $2 to get it fixed. I responded that no repair shop would fix it for $2. They again responded asking me to get it fixed for $3. This back-and-forth went on until the eBay/Paypal claim period was over. They never gave a refund, never authorized return, never sent a replacement. I lost 100 percent of the purchase price.
I initially bought from TomTop on ebay when buying a high quality 2-in-1 lightning and micro usb cable. The product arrived in a timely manner and the quality is exactly as described. I then received an email from tomtop.com and decided to buy directly from their website and it was just as safe and secure as it was on ebay. Paypal was used for both transactions and I received my items promptly and got what I ordered. They have lots of great deals and I plan to check back whenever I need something. Great seller with quality items and good deals. Highly recommend.

The website is very nice with many different choices. I bought a few products in the same website without going searching somewhere else. The customer service was very efficient and effective, and the delivery was on time also. Will go back to TOMTOP.COM next time when needed.

I have now shopped at TomTop for well over a year on and off. Overall the shopping experience has been well above average. Most of the products arrive in a timely fashion and work as well as or above expected. Of course, there are anomalies and when you are spending pennies on the dollar and buying knock-offs, this can be expected. They have been pretty good at resolving issues with both shipping and product issues, usually resolved within a couple weeks from the issue itself.
My orders are processed immediately after my bank releases the funds, and in no time it's shipped to Ghana, West Africa, after about 17 days my package is in, and collected from the post office without paying any charge. I am very satisfied with their response time, and shipping times. Products cost less and overall, I receive my items free of charges
Shop fraudsters. I bought with Ebay. They sent me a defective quadrocopter. First, he promised to return the money after I leave a good review. And then, after I did it, do not respond to messages.
Fraudsters do not buy anything from them.
Bought tackle box and said they shipped out but never received it. Ok. So it could happen but twice? They would not refund my money. They are very responsive in email then they ignore you when time goes by since they know time is critical for refunds.

Ordered phone charger pads on 2/2/ 2015 have never received anything from them, they say they have festivals going on, or the lastest was tomb sweeping and no one in office, please do not waste your money as i have steve bald it is now 6 months since my order i hav never been givin my money back or why they cant send what i ordered very very poor service steve bald
Ordered electronic parts for a guitar last November /2014. About 2 months later I notified them that I did not receive it. They notified me they would send another. When I still did not get my item after waiting 5 months I notified them again. Now they simply do not respond to me emails. Stay away folks.
I ordered several automotive items from TomTop including some fuel and coolant fittings along with several feet of stainless braided fuel hose.
When my order arrived, I found the hose was cut into 1-foot pieces, labelled and put into little plastic bags. I wrote about the problem and the 'Customer Service' agent claimed not to understand why that was a problem -- even after explaining it three times. (FYI: When you order a length of any hose product by the foot -- unless otherwise stated -- it is understood that means 'all in one piece,' duh.)
After six weeks of going back and forth (Hey, I was curious and wanted to know, "Were they stupid or dishonest?"), they still wouldn't acknowledge or refund the defective merchandise. Wisely, however, I had paid through PayPal and a Credit Card so I ended up getting my money back.
The worst thing, though, all but one of the other items were mis-sized or didn't work... and that one item was of exceptionally poor quality. They are now on my ever-growing black list of sleazy Chinese sellers.
In the end, I concluded they were both stupid AND dishonest but, either way, it's all the same thing:

I purchased a screen mirroring box through these guys on Newegg.com. The product came in broken out of the box. It had no instruction, and nothing to work with. I used 5 different devices to test it, just to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and never got it to work. After contacting TomTop, they emailed me something that looked like instructions (all chinglish), but still didn't offer any actual support or insight on the product or troubleshooting the product. Finally, I decided to return the device, and had to pay my own return shipping. After receiving it back, they deducted a restocking fee and claim that everything is working. This place is a joke, save your money.

I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well.
