I have only received one item of my order and that was the wrong colour, my second order has never arrived and when I try to contact someone to sort this out I get nothing back.
I will never use Tomtop again and would advise nobody else to either save yourself the hassle of this companies useless customer service.
Use WISH/GEEK same stuff same price and at least it turns up and any problems they will help sort it out.

Found it decent and good services. Only change is the duration the product gets delivered is a bit more than normal sites. But rest I found it good.
Item received defected, advised customer support and did not get a refund or replacement for the defected item instead they offered 5$ off the next order!

I sent email to ask for my order on 6/10 which I placed on 5/20. The seller sent me email back said it was delivered and gave me fedex tracking of my order. After checking tracking number from them, I sent email back explain that my order was returned to sender in CA but I was in TX. They sent me email back said It shows Package delivered by U.S. Postal Service to addressee. So I wrote a long email and attached the delivering log from fedex.com to them. No ones responded back after that so I had to do the dispute with paypal.

After 05/23/2017 message " dear costumer,,," made for a bot as a automatic response just to make look as they care for you, ( even when I make a review by other sites like Sitejabber, the false message is the same " Dear costumer we are very sorry..."), nobody contacts me for real, same by email I just lost hope at all that my problem will be solved, it started in february. Is a shame a company with this size, so worried in merchandising their products, and dont have the minimum respect for a costumer after sales show any problem, I just can regreat now.

NOTHING HAPPENS, of course, they don´t bother to verify my order or make any contact, the company tomtop maybe forget that are lot of channels like this one to help the costumers. I want my refund for the bricked phone they sale to me.
Confident with many reviews I decided to buy an smartphone from tomtop, usually make this kind of negotiation with another seller and never have any problems, the delivery was ok, but when arrived the battery heats too much and dont supports even 5 hours of work ( it supposes to hold 2 days for this model...), after trying contact buy email finally received a answer, they give me and address to send the defective phone, it was dispatched 40 days a go, and then the carrier said that the item dont reached the destination, tomtop support says that is normal, and suggest that I fix the item here in Brazil when arrives, I bought a new phone, almost top of the line to get and defective one and fix it myself? Just want to be refund and buy a functional phone, not to be used as a lab for a bad item.
I ordered 3 frigid spinners from TomTop on March 20,2017 for $5.97 US including shipping (was not popular then) and never received the goods. I filed a complaint thru PayPal in May 22,2017 and TomTop refunded me right away $5.97 US.
I am not surprised but very upset from the way TomTop handled the case. Knowingly it is about $15.00 US each now (only about $2.00 then), therefore TomTop rather paid me since it is much cheaper.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
