Two cameras I bought were checked on arrival and then not used for a couple of months. When I then wanted to use them they did not work. I left them over night to charge and tried to use them as well whilst plugged in. They just don't work.
Support staff at Tomtop did in first instance respond to my emails. After about 4 weeks of communication with customer care and waiting for technical department, they finally agreed to discount the paid money on a new order of a higher value camera.
However when asked on how to proceed with the purchase, there was no answer.
I have sent an email every 3 or 4 days. Today is the 1 of July and I have no answer since the 20th of May.
This week I have set a 48h hour deadline. Then I have send a last email with forwarding to any email I could find of Tomtop, just in case there are technical problems and they did not receive my emails.
Again, no answer.

I see now, there is a great number of reports about scam and bad service for this company. Unfortunately you have to dig a little bit as the net is full of fake reviews. Readers, open your eyes!

So I was a little worried about my $150 purchase I made. After placing it and 6 days of no movement on my order I reached out two customer service. I was able to work with Emma and she reassured me she would get back to me once she was able to check their warehouse. She kept her word and did follow back up with me and reassured me the order would be sent within 3 days. I always appreciate open communication and dialogue when ordering an item with sucks value from Far countries.
I was taken care of by Emma and my problem was solved. I'm very happy for the service.
Get canceling a purchase quickly and the store promised me a refund in 2 to 5 business days.

Have bought several different items off this sight and have been please with items and description, most are Chinese in origin just like Walmart but the prices are great and there are many items that are not available except thru Chinese sellers on eBay. There certainly is junk on this web sight but the price is great and they deliver quickly from US warehouses and slow from Chinese warehouses. But all and all good people to deal with.
My product shipped quickly and was exactly as I had ordered. I really like TomTop. They perform. Usually the shipments from China suck but these guys seemed to make it happen faster than normal.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
