I am a frequent Tuckernuck shopper. Most of the items I order are as described, however, I frequently order more than one size or take a chance on an item I like, but may not be certain I will keep until I try it on.

Tuckernuck has an easy return policy and I have never had an issue or concern when I have had to return an item.

First, I ordered a sale item and it arrived in the incorrect size. I wrote to customer service, they sent me a label, I returned the incorrect item, and they were to ship the correct item. I never received it. All I got was this survey.

Love my clothes. They run true to size and I have received compliments walking down the street in Charleston last Saturday from perfect strangers on my dress! The blouse has brought numerous complements too!
Unfortunately my black eyelet top tore when a kitchen cabinet pull got caught in the eyelet. I hope it can be mended.

Gorgeous clothing, great communication, respectful return policy; you even shipped a dress to my hotel!

I LOVE your dresses! I wish you had a physical store near me so I could try more on, but because you make shipping and returns free and easy I am willing to take a chance on clothes I can't try on. My wardrobe is slowly becoming filled with more and more Tuckernuck dresses and I get so many compliments on them.

I love my new Barbour jacket. The color is a little darker than pictured. I actually like the color I received better!

I never received a shilling confirmation (but did receive an order confirmation). I reached out to ask when my package would arrive and they said it had been delivered. I was able to look back on my ring doorbell and it was not delivered. I was able to see anyone who was at the front of my house.

I read all reviews of your clothing. But it's way too small! Won't wear it and won't buy from you again.

Loved two blouses that I saw on the internet. I thought the material looked the same. When I received them, one was cotton blend which was great and the other was rayon and even though they were both the same size, the rayon one was so much bigger.

I love Tuckernuck. The website is informative, with a good variety of products, good close-up pictures and is easy to navigate through. Plus the returns process is easy and accommodating.

I expected a "boyfriend shirt" to run run large rather than small. The Adair shirt was a bit smaller than i expected, and then I washed it in cold water. Now too small to wear.
I guess I should have exchanged it before washing.:-(

I always find what I am looking for at Tuckernuck. Classic with an edge and something for everyone. After trying many drsses for my daughter's wedding, I found the perfect one at Tuckernuck! Thank you. X

I have bought several dresses from Tuckernuck. They are always forward thinking in style & color choices. If the dress doesn't work for you, it is easy (and free) to return.

Quality, fit and colors are amazing! I needed this dress for a beach family photo shoot and it was just perfect to tie all of the colors together. It is forgiving and flattering.

I really enjoy Tuckernuck and it is now my favorite online store as it is filled with wonderful creative and unique things that standout from the norm. My favorites are Tuckernuck earrings which l have started collecting and they always attracts compliments, and then "where can l find those!". I love the affordability and the sense of fun. What l don't care for are the high prices for some of the clothing and the lack of petite clothing, especially with the midi dresses. I am a woman in her fifties and l love midi dresses and looking "up to date" and l find the models always are normally 5"9/10 and consequently the dresses are huge on me. Why doesn't Tuckernuck use petite models?
