I bought a dress on sale, the Patchwork Stripe Hayes Shirt Dress. It was non-returnable. I bought the same size I have purchased in the past, but it was so small I could hardly button it. The sleeves are very tight and the dress is very short with no hem. I still paid over $100.00 for this dress and it was a total bust. Will never buy a nonreturnable item again.

You guys initially lost my order, then finally after 2 weeks I got in touch (which also wasn't easy) and learned you had lost my order. I re-ordered at that point, and then was charged twice through PayPal. Finally got that resolved.
