This is the worst on line ordering experience I have ever had! Ordered 6 items from here and have only received 2 of the items and it has been over a month and when I try to get a hold of anyone there they do not give you any ligitimate answers. Just the run around. The tracking numbers are invalid and the customer service is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY, YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK.

I bought a drone and one of the motors were defective and they wanted to send me a new motor to install myself. When I said I wouldn't be able to do that they said I could return it, but after I did, they will not give a full refund and come up with a different lame excuse every time in their broken English. They have lied and have been confused in every message.
Update: After many, many emails exchanged, Tmart is still not refunding me ALL that I paid for the drone. They offer me points, but I have no interest in ever purchasing anything from Tmart. DO NOT BUY FROM TMART!

If you want goods from China cheap then tmart is a good place to go to. Very cheap but pay the small postage to get them quickly. Good customer service with a complaint also.

They give you the runaround if you have a problem with order, they seem not to understand plain engrish. Prices are good, stuff is made cheap, you can decide if it's worth the time.

I placed an order for a violin and a viola. I did not notice my shipping address was not updated before I submitted the order. Immediately I started looking for a customer service number but did not see one but found the customer support. I sent them an email and they responded promptly saying no problem they can change the address. The next day I received an email stating unable to change because it is being shipped. I received an email from FedEx showing a label has been created but not shipped. I contacted FedEx and was told by a human that Tmart would have to edit the shipping. I was going back and forth but no change. The FedEx as super nice and told me to contact the post office in the area it was being shipped to, which I did. They were nice and forwarded the items to me and I received a couple of days after it arrived. I will never purchase anything else from this company because it is not worth the trouble. I received the violin and the strings were not attached. I am giving this as a Christmas gift so I had to watch a video to put them back correctly. Please go somewhere else and order if you value your hard earned money because this company is clearly run by idiots. I am going to make it my mission to post reviews anywhere I see this company name.

Great little MP3 Player I bought it for an xmas present for my mom and use it for a car MP3 player with a FM transmitter hooked to it. But It is a little problem. Let's start with the fact that the manual consists of 1 picture, that doesn't correspond to the player. Once you figure out how to use it, you find out that: 1 - the player cannot remember where you were when you last powered it off. So good luck restarting where you were in the podcast 2 - it even forgets the settings, such as luminosity, contrast, sleep time, etc. every time you power off. 3 - the buttons are small, hard to use and unresponsive, so you need to click several times to get any response. 4 - the battery life is about 2 to 3 hours. 5 - the track and menu navigation are awful. I have had many MP3 players, they're all different but manageable. This one makes no sense. And there are a bunch of entries in the setting menu that are unreachable, e.g. setting time, phonebook, language, etc. You can scroll through them, but you cannot actually set them. Maybe given the user manual issue I mentioned first, it's just a bizarre fluke!

I ordered an Android tablet and a few other items from them. All but ht etablet shipped form New Jersey. Tablet was from Hong Kong. All items from stateside arrived, though by the most circuitous route possible, Fedex'd from N. J. to Atlanta, Ga. USPS from Atlanta to Dothan, Alabama. That took five days, when straight Fedex would be two, USPS would have been three. Now, 45 days later and after multiple 'live chats' where they told me it could take up to 45 days for shipping form Hong Kong, still no $71.99 tablet. Today's live chat says I must wait 2 more days, then they will reship or refund. I have used cheap printed circuit board producer on mainland China that ship product form scratch within 3 weeks...

HORRID, HORRID, HORRID... Worst company in my 57 years of life. DO NOT USE THEM IF THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPING FROM CHINA

The website is all written in bad Chinglsih. It's difficult to know exactly what you're getting. Fortunately I'm very good at figuring this stuff out usually can decipher product features etc.

Cheap Chinese junk. That's what's being sold here. However, knowing that, I still bought some VERY cheap items and they all worked satisfactorily... some high output flashlights, memory cards etc.

I did take a chance and buy a $162 head unit for the GPS function and the backup camera function. After installing found out the DVD / CD player did not work and would not eject a disk. Fine, I wrote them...

Here's where the nightmare began. If you've ever had to deal with the Chinese, they do not like to give back money. They will do exchange but only if YOU pay return shipping. It's taken me months sometimes to deal with people in China. These people are no different. Also, they dob't speak English even passably, so communications are almost impossible... either that, or they're playing "country dumb".

Regardless, I'm never buying from these people again. Cheap Chinese crap can be bought everywhere these days, and I can get mine from someplace else.

I bought a set of 12 nail art striping polishes from Tmart last month
PROS:
- Easy to handle.
- Perfect length, thin brushes to paint detailed deigns.
- Nice, opaque black and silver in 1 coat.
- Good formulas, not thick and gooey.
- Good price point for the set, $8 for 12 striping polishes. (Plus, they have free shipping!)
- Can be used on natural or acrylic nails.

CONS:
- They smelled like spray paint, even after top coat. Might not bother some, but it bothered me enough to take the mani off an hour later. (Therefore, I cannot report on the wear - sorry!)
- Some of the glitters are in colored bases, like the blue and orange... it would take many coats to build them up. So you won't be able to make any "designs" with the glitter, more like "accents", you know? I'd personally prefer them all to be in clear bases and I wasn't expecting a few of them in colored bases from looking at them. You can't really see, but the blue and orange "bases" the glitters are in stands out from the other colors against the black.

As for performance, it was everything that I expected from a USB drive. I've used the 8GB Thor Marvel Avengels USB Flash Drive many times since I obtained it and I have yet to lose a file or have anything not save correctly. I used the USB on both 2.0 USB ports and 3.0 USB ports and didn't notice much of change in transfer speeds. That pretty much tells me that the USB flash drive is not specifically made with 3.0 speeds in mind.

Appalling service
March 2, 2014

Appalling service. When I looked at this companies website it looked to me as if it uses distribution centres in different companies. I ordered a small item after seeing that it would be dispatched with 24 hours and that delivery would take 2-3 days. After not receiving my item after 7 days I contacted the company only to be informed that this delivery time only applies to the expensive express delivery service. NO WHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT STATE THIS TO BE THE CASE! I have basically been told by them that it is my own fault I have not received the item in time. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM! Unfortunately I still have not received my item so cannot comment on the quality - but I will be sure to do so if it ever arrives

NEVER GOT IT
DONT BUY FROM TMART!
As there really is no customer service to speak of.
I got in touch with them but they have done NOTHING TO HELP!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Also if you post a good review of an item they put it up,
BUT if you post a bad review of the cheap CHINESE JUNK you bought on their site.
THEY NEVER PUBLISH YOUR BAD REVIEW!
Not one of the items I bought and gave a low rating one ever got published.
And I gave about 5 bad reviews and about 11 good reviews.
