I read the reviews on this site while I was waiting for my order (PC tablet cover) from TMart... I wasn't sure if I should challenge the credit card transaction (I didn't use PayPal so I only had so much time... I decided for $8, I could wait and see if it arrives). I placed my order on March 28th and emailed the company for a follow-up b/c the "status" kept reading "processing"... I was emailed back a tracking number through the Asian postal system, which basically told me it was mailed. I wasn't sure how long it would take in the mail. I received the cover on April 15th. The price was very low but I didn't know I was ordering from Asia or I most likely would not have placed the order. The cover is perfect, though - it's leather, fits perfectly, I love the color and it's a high quality cover for the price.

Laptop Battery arrived with a large crack in the unit. I got with the Live Chat expecting to get an RMA and Return label. 30 minutes later, I've still not been able to 'convince' the person on the other end that I want to return the item and get a refund, per their policies. I have been told that there will be a refund within 2 days, but wasn't provided with an RMA or Return Label, nor was I given any kind of confirmation.
I will give it two days, but don't expect much. Thankfully, I got the transcript of the chat prior to it being closed out.

Last week, I was sent a 360-Degree Rotatable Litchi Pattern PU Leather Protective Case for iPad Air (Orange) from Tmart. Tmart offers a wide selection of products ranging from electronics, cosplay wigs, all at low prices. The Litchi Pattern Case comes in 11 different colors. I was very excited to try out the case, since I recently purchased me a iPad. The case is really durable and I love the way my iPad is able to prop up while sitting at the desk. But I have a litter disappointed with their packaging method. Thank you Tmart for carrying a variety of lovely stuff that are otherwise unavailable in our local stores.

I recently bought an aoke smartwatch for 25 euro at tmart. Everything told about this in the description was wrong, and I just got a cheap watch without any of the by them told functions. Also, the shipping took about 70 days so I couldn't claim my money back anymore.
Tmart is the worst store ever, please avoid it at any costs.
I also contacted tmart's customer service. After confronting them with my problems they hang up, and whenever I try to contact them via chat now they hang up immediately. Also, I tried to contact them via mail, all I got was a message that I should contact them via chat, which I just explained I can't.

Again, tmart is a scam, please avoid them.

This is my first shopping in Tmart.com. Because my wifMy wife's birthday is coming up. I decided to pick a watch on the Internet as a gift to her. So I order the watch in Tmart. When I received the watch, it is a nice showy piece, reasonably priced. The description accurate, and the shipping was well packaged, and promptly received. The only drawback I could find with the watch, was not the watch it'self, but the band. It is not adjustable, and is too large for my wifes wrist. I believe either the clasp should be adjustable, or possibly since it is a female watch, maybe a couple of links might be removed. We will have to take it to have this done. Not a complaint, just a observation, as it is impossible to know these things, when trying the item on is not possible such as a online order. I will continue shopping in Tmart.com.

I ordered a violin that came with a case. When I received the package, I couldn't wait to play it. Upon opening and examining, the violin, I noticed that it was really light weight, I wasn't sure if the violin was in there or not.

I opened the case up and it looked like a play violin. Like a toy. I tied to play it and there's NO sound. The stings are fake and flimsy and plastic looking like Angelica's Cynthia doll. The bow strings look like they are made from a cheap baby dolls hair.

I tired to play a few notes on the violin and this piece of crap played nothing but my thoughts and silent dreams. I WANT A REFUND for this $#*! you're calling a violin. I'm highly pissed off!

This is some bull$#*!! This violin would work perfectly if I was playing for the deaf, I could fake play the notes with no sound but this crap I can't use.

The rosin was dryer than my feelings for this website! This purchase was a joke and a waste of my time!

Stay away

Their shipping is untimely. Their customer service is atrocious. There is an obvious language barrier. They also do not provide a telephone number for this reason. They advertiser a 180 Day Free Warranty but they do NOT offer a warranty. I can not express how many efforts I made to try and resolve a warranty issue over a $5-$10 part with them and they told me once you receive the item it is not their fault OR responsibility to replace any faulty items. They clearly do not understand the definition of WARRANTY. I did some research on them after the fact (my own fault) and found they have BBB complaints as well as many listings on The Ripoff Report for many reasons.

This is super! I did not expect the spy watch so quickly, thank you! It is a great spy watch and just the same as in the pictures, unlike some sites you buy online and it turns out to be nothing like what you ordered, what you see is what you get here and i will deffo be using you again. Don't advertuse 24 hour shipping, then say 48 hours, then nothing afterwads. If I had on known it was going to take this long I would have just paid a bit more, and had a real tracking number sent to me to follow correctly. This is insane. I expected to recieve my belngings a few days ago. I am very disappointed.

Amazing tripod

I received iPad Air Leather Case from Tmart.com. As I mentioned above, I ordered purple, but it also comes in other colors. That's why I give 4 starts. It is a 2-Section Foldable Litchi Pattern Protective Case and it is soft inside so it will not scratch your iPad. I always worry about that because when the new iPad’s come out, I usually sell my old one and I like to keep it looking new. I am extremely happy with this products. Tmart has so many other products available and the iPad Leather Case are available for a variety of iPad’s and iPhones.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The worst customer service ever. I ordered online for a TENOR saxophone case. I put that exact wording into their search so I would receive a case for a large saxophone not the smaller ALTO saxophone case that they had listed as well. The case I selected was the only one that came up for a Tenor Saxophone so I ordered. The shipping was on time but the item was the wrong size. So I emailed them back for the correct item. I was informed that I made the mistake and that I would have to pay the return shipping. The problem is that I did the search and they listed it as a case to fit the tenor saxophone. So I felt like I should not have to be hit with the return fee and I emailed them back. Well five emails later the nasty customer service agent "APHRODITE" sent this:
"Our size is correct. And our warehouse just this size case, Dimensions (25.59 × 9.45 × 5.12)" / (65 × 24 × 13)cm (L x W x H). According to your picture, it can not fit your saxophone. So it is that you placed an wrong items. Like this condition. We will not be responsible for return shipping fee. Hoping you can understand. You can also measure this Dimensions by yourself."
The snarky remarks are all in every email response you get. Basically its your fault if you shop here. This will be the first and last time I get anything from here. And I will make sure to post this to Facebook and tell everyone I know. I shop online almost daily and I have never had issues like I had with this place. NEVER AGAIN!

Scammers

Thank God I paid through PayPal. After tmart took the money out of my account I received a email requesting a picture of my credit card, a picture of my drivers license, my phone number and a copy of my Utility bill. Then when I emailed them back letting them know I had NO INTENTIONS of providing them with the requested information I then let them know someone should call me ASAP! The responding person said in their email "we have no phone service". Then why did you request my phone number?! I filled a complaint with PayPal. And tmart is supposed to refund my 200.00 dollars.

Here I am another victime of Tmart.com. Sorry guys I did not beleive all the negative reviews about Tmart first untill it happen to me what happened to other customers here. Tmart did not deliver my order and refused to refund my money, but my bank did refund my money.
Now I beleive all the negative reviews and sure I am not stupid to be beleive Tmart employees who are acting as customers and trying to contradict our experiences by writing positive reviews, this is a fraud.

Last September I ordered about AUD $100 worth of merchandise from Tmart. After a month or so I only received part of the order. 2 months later I thought the remaining order would be lost through transit. I emailed Tmart about the loss. Within 36 hours I received a reply if I wanted a full refund or reshipment. My answer was the latter. Unfortunately 2 items were no longer available. Refund for the 2 items were made within a few days and the rest of the ordered items were reshipped and received early in January 2014. I am very happy with the response from Tmart. I had ordered 3 or 4 times from Tmart previously, I did not experienced any losses.

I ordered a tablet from them and was sent a Barby pink one as a 62year old male it did not really suit me, they did offer to put it right. I have since ordered a cheap tab cover but was stupid enough not to ask where it was coming from I was told Hong Kong and can take up to 45days so if you order ask if it comes from a UK warehouse or not I am, still waiting 3 weeks later.Not easy to contact either unless you stay up all night.

This is site is so bad i wish there was on option for zero stars! First off when you order something from they never send an order confirmation or order number. Then when you get your package it may or may not have everything you have paid for inside. Then when you go to website to contact them for help they have made it IMPOSSIBLE!. You can't email, live chat, or submit " a ticket" without an order number. I DON'T HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT ONE! You can't find a phone number to save your life... even after an hour of searching online. The items are cheap and the price may sound appealing but don't fall for it. You wont be saving any money if you don't get what you paid for. A phone call or my money back would be nice... but I know I am just out on this one. Don't anyone else fall for this hong kong (junk store) scam!

Stay away from Tmart
March 24, 2015

I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days.

I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.

Latelly their tactic is to send only a part of the order and the missing product never arrives. They promise you what you want, but they never keep their promises. They lie.
They will not refound totally the price you paid.
If you have warranty issues, they dont replace the product... but they promise.
