I purchased many gadgets on TMART for 1 years already and I am very satisfied (tablet, car dvr and many other small gadgets). Shipping is a bit slow (I think it's mostly because of china post). Perfect and CHEAP products with free shipping.

Usage -Good for the price. Is not too sturdy, but it'll suffice for my needs.
Advantages: The parts holding the camera fell apart in first use Bad quality :(.
Disadvantages: 10 days later I went to our post office got my parcel

TMART STEALS! I placed an order with Tmart after reading many favorable reviews on THEIR website. I received a confirmation of the order in a short time. Never received the order in spite of many email requests, which they did not respond to as they promised they would.
I googled Tmart reviews and found numerous others have the same problem, Tmart takes their money and does not deliver. One chap pointed out that they write their own ´good´ reviews in order to CON people.
I am aa police officerand I nended a few things at work. One, a battery for my laptop. An AC/D. C. cord for the lap top and I bought a vehicle dash cam. It took three weeks to get the camera. And when it came it was missing the dash mount but the plastic baggie was in the box for it just empty. The screen was very scratched to. The battery was no where compatible with my lap top as described. Not even close. The power cord was cheaply made and kept falling out of my lap top. I tried to send it all back but got a lot of grief. I spent alot of money with this co. Never again. If you do business with them your taking a big chance.
My brother used my tmart account to buy a USB, and they asked him to confirm, although it costed him some time for conformation, I felt this process is good, cause it can make sure the safety of the account holder, good
I bought Metal Frame Rechargeable 4CH RC Helicopter with Gyroscope Red from Tmart.com on October 13, about half a month I received it. Packaging is not very charming, but 4CH RC Helicopter is very good. I played it a few times, It's so cool. This rc helicopter is fun! Overall, very satisfied.
NO merchandise after 40 (forty) days. "Local warehouse"? Where? Even a boat can get from Hong Kong to Ohio, USA in less than 40 days (Panama Canal, Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi River, Ohio River to Cincinnati, OH USA).
I do NOT recommend any purchase from tmart.com under any circumstances, UNLESS you enjoy gambling (and loosing).
I've just purchased 7 led bulbs (E27 9W 800-900 Lumen 2500-3000K Warm White Light P38 LED Spotlight Bulb (85-265V) and 3 of 7 do not work at all. They are new but they seem to have electronic problems. It is frustrating to find out that Tmart Return Policy is 30% of the purchase to return the products for refund. The Customer Service guy took forever to respond and he said this is the company's policy. So I should have had to pay $40 to return the package on top of ~$150 for defective products. This is definitely my last time ever shopping with these guys. They are cheap but sometimes you are going to pay more than in the local store for stuff that doesn't work. Sorry but they suck.

Tmart has good quality items for a good price. I have contacted customer service a few times, they are polite and try to help you with your issues. The shipping is pretty fast as well.
I like this shop, they have really nice prices and you can get almost anything from them. Even when my stuff didn't arrive they sent me completely new thing!

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Took WAY too long (I still haven't received my order and it's been over a month). Their customer service is awful, can't even understand their e-mails and nobody answers their "customer care" line, nor do they return voice messages left. Of the 7 items I ordered, 4 were not in stock, but they never contacted me to let me know until after I'd complained to them via e-mail about the slow shipping. Rather than wait til in stock, I asked for a refund a week ago - still haven't been credited yet. I doubt I'll ever see that money.
Don't waste your time or money with this unprofessional "retailer" - if I EVER get the stuff, it will probably be Chinese junk anyway. I'm EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.

This was done fast and my credit card has already been partially credited for the cancelled order. Products are good quality and T Mart definite competition to Amazon.
The second time I tmart purchase. Their service is very good, fast delivery, product quality without any problems. They are still the most important free shipping.
Answer: Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck
Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
