I got T-Mart makeup brushes Last Friday, My overall assessment is satisfactory.

Pros:
Nice quality
Low price
Soft tipped bristles
Thick brushes
Large variety in set
Quick shipping

Cons:
Disliked a few of the face brushes
Blending brush should be less firm

I had ordered an esata to sata cable. The cable arrived damaged. I filled out an RMA online with the image of the damaged cable end. I received email within 48 hours as promised on website that stated that a new cable was shipped right away. They did not even ask me to ship back the damaged cable. The new, undamaged cable arrived quickly, and works great.

I am very pleased with the customer service and RMA service of TMART. Also the pricing and shipping rate ares great. I will definitely shop at TMART.

First class rip-off artists... Ordered 2 flashlights(12/22/13) currently listed all over the place ( theirs and other websites) as well as two extra batteries and two chargers---received batteries and chargers but a BS explanation of weather issues and flashlights would be available in 1-2 weeks, it has now been over a month a nothing from these fly by night scammers---Have submitted two emails of inquiry and Tmart hasn't enough intestinal fortitude to respond---STAY A LONG WAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS UNLESS you want to throw your money away like I unfortunately have...

My son wanted an electrical item (from China) for his birthday and as I only had 7 days left to get it I picked TMART as their website clearly said (and still does) that Item is in stock in UK warehouse and ships in 24 hours and delivery takes 48 hours, I am still waiting 10 days later, I could have got item cheaper and quicker direct from china. To add insult to injury the lies and rubbish from live support has been comical, 5 days ago they said had been shipped using Royal mail non tracked, tonight they say shipped by DHL today. I would not buy from this company ever again and their support tell more lies than Chemical Ali.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews. I have bought quite a few things (mostly beauty related) and have never had any issue whatsoever with shipping or order fulfillment.

No delivery of goods after seven weeks. "Conveniently" they ask you to wait 45 days before refund. Of course it is then too late to launch a dispute with Paypal.

So a few weeks ago I received a pretty lace blouse from Tmart.com which is also more like an all-rounded online store that sell various products for both men and women. Aside from fashion, accessories and beauty stuffs they also offer electronics, computer gadgets, to home office supplies and novelty items. Basically, it's an online supermarket that offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ;) - you know I can never say "No" to free worldwide shipping. Meanwhile, if you're looking for cheap gadget tools or affordable fashion items with free shipping, why don't you take a look at T-Mart.

Ordered replacement screen-digitizer-LCD assembly for Samsung Galaxy Nexus and received exactly what I ordered, and my phone even works again. Only four stars because it took them a bit longer than I would have liked to get it in the mail. I paid extra shipping for USPS Express delivery (which worked great, by the way), but though I ordered Thursday afternoon, the post office didn't get the package from Tmart until Monday afternoon. Shipped from Edison, NJ.

I used to order many items from Tmart all the time. Lately their service had become so bad, I will not order from them any more. Bad packaging/shipping - almost every time the package/item is damaged. They spam email me +2x a day EVERY day with the same lame promos even though I've unsubscribed +50x! I even contacted customer service to stop the emails and they told me they don't control emails LMAO. So I had to mark all their emails to my spam folder and I never order from them again. AliExpress or Gearbest has all my business now.

I bought three items: watches, nail polish and phone cases at tmart when Black Friday, i received them after six days, this time I can accept, I was satisfied with the watches and cases, but the nail polish spilled out, a little disappointed, contact the customer service they agreed to send me any other new one

I can say that this is not a bad shopping experience, so 4/5, I hope in the future to check perfect before sending goods

I was informed a few months ago im a VIP i was told my order was on the way and given a tracker no. I have checked with Track17 and my local Post office they have no record i contacted Tmart 6 times they said its on the way or give it another week and several times i was told to check with post office. 3 weeks ago i ordered same item from TomTop it arrived yesterday.So much for being a VIP (having spent $100s with them) i will never deal with them again. Don't EVER buy anything from this company! They are the most unprofessional people and they don't give a f*** about you! The moment they have received your money, they will start treating you like s*** and when you contact their support, you will speak to a bunch of kids, who can't do ANYTHING right, they just follow a procedure, which will result in them given you answers to your questions, which has nothing to do with your question (Like speaking to a stupid robot)

I also was a member of their drop ship program and sold their products on eBay, until one day Paypal permanently closed my Paypal account, because they said I was selling counterfeit products.

So now I no longer have a Paypal account thanks to Tmart.

So not only did they screw me over like a million times and made my life a living hell, every time I was forced to speak to their incompetent customer support, but they also got my Paypal account closed, because they sell counterfeit products.

Having had bad luck with another site I was doubtful but the camera travel charger arrived from China in around 2 weeks. It works perfectly and was unbelievably cheap and postage was free.
