THIS COMPANY IS A BOGUS SCAM - STAY AWAY.
They advertise "ship in 24 hours" which is a TOTAL JOKE. All that happens ion 24 hours is THEY GET YOUR MONEY and earn INTEREST on it. The product NEVER SHIPS even after WEEKS. When I questioned them, they first gave me the run-around and when I put the screws on through my CREDIT CARD company, they reluctantly refunded my money with NO interest credited.
CHEAP products are good but NOT from this Company. There is NO Customer Service!
Stay away took forever to get my watch I order and then it did not work and for over 2 weeks I have been getting the run around with tmart I am fed up with them will never order here again and I would not even give then 1 star but can't go any lower. Site and Customer service SUCKS
NEVER AGAIN! Ordered it on the 14th, label was printed on the 15th, paid extra for rush delivery, 5-10 days and guess what its the 7th and there is still no shipping info. CS is a joke. Multiple 45 minute conversations that should have taken 10 and all I get is "it will be there you understand?" This website is a joke! Ask for a manger and I get "I no know where the leader is". Again this company is a JOKE!
I live in Ireland, I received a Tablet PC from Tmart before two days, giving my son for Christmas gift, He was very happy.
But when I was at the time of payment there is a problem as credit card, I was very upset, but then quickly resolved, I think they also need to improve this

I will NEVER order from this company again - absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order on 10/15/12 for a droid phone to be shipped to my son in college. He was then coming back so before the item was shipped(although it still hasn't even left their site and it is now 10/31 I followed the website instructions and changed the shipping address. They also don't have a phone number to contact, this company if you want to call them that is HORRIBLE! I have not heard from them at all I now want to cancel my entire order, get my money back and NEVER work with them again, but that seems to be difficult as well. THey sure do take your money right away and then dont produce the product or customer service... I have asked numerous times to ship the phone to AZ rather than OK. I DEFINITLEY would not refer this company AT ALL!

I really like to shop here because they have so many things you dont see normally in stores, its unique web site. Not only that its hella cheap.! I live in the U. S (california) and the only problems ive experienced is the delivery time from HONG KONG to here. Its SUCKS. I have used your LIVE SUPPORT and was totally satisfied with the info i received, but no more than satisfied. IF MORE PEOPLE USED ENGLISH YOU WOULD BE A BETTER SITE
My friend advises me to buy from you, it seems that the packaging is damaged, but fortunately did not affect the product and I need to say tmart haven't made me down!
(Update: Just got emails informing me that my orders could not be processed due to payment system maintenance. I think my purchase was refunded, so now I'm only annoyed at the morons who made it impossible for me to buy buckyballs from a website I trust. I added a star to my rating though because it seems a bit more fair now. I haven't tried buying anything else from the site. I may add another star after I verify that I got my money back.)
I ordered a few things a few weeks ago and they never shipped.
Now, the things I ordered may have been recalled in the US, so I would have completely understood if they could not be shipped (Isn't it hilarious that we can buy assault weapons, but magnetic desk toys are banned? Also, if you're dumb enough to give your small kid strong magnetic beads to play with, then the kid probably isn't safe anyway.)
I never got any email about the order except for the payment confirmation.

Total RIP OFF! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE OR COMPANY! Worst customer service you will ever experience and in the end you`ll fight bs and red tape to get a refund. Have contacted the FTC to attempt to stop them. I suggest you do the same if you too have been had by these crooks overseas.
Everything is good, just pay the insurance that you will be sure to get your items. Alla the goods i 've bought on this site are good quality. When i buy fro US warehouse i can get in two weeks time.

I ordered an item from so called USA Warehouse, I paid for expedited shipping.
A week passed without receiving my order. Tmart doesn't have a phone number to check the status of my order. After many attempts to contact Tmart by Emails. Tmart informed me that they do not carry this item and now I have to waste more time and struggle to refund my money. They said EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Why Tmart took my money when they don't carry the item I ordered?

Purchased a single laptop battery that was marked as "Ships in 24 Hours" on their website. Placed an order with FedEx 2-Day shipping but didn't receive my order until exactly 3 weeks later. Not only did Tmart not ship my order for 12 days, when they finally did they shipped it FedEx SmartPost (which basically means that FedEx takesthe shipment but hands it off to USPS to be in charge of the delivery). Once I finally received my order they refused to refund me my shipping costs. I had to call my credit card company to get the charges reversed but I finally got my money back. I will NEVER deal with Tmart again

I bought two pairs of vetus brand name tweezers from this site- what I received (a full month later, mind you) were not name brand but some junky half-assed repackaged used tweezers that weren't even sharp or precision pointed like the ones I ordered! Very disappointed... If a price seems too good to be true, it probably is... LESSON LEARNED!
I ordered a set of 4 hanset radios, along with a pair of scissors. I receiced the package half opened with 2 radios and scissors. The boxes where crushed, but the 2 radios seemed to be ok. I never received the other 2. Customer service said they where on their way. Shipment was marked as completed. Never received the other 2. I keep complaining and they say to send pictures of package. Package was received, opened and thrown out since I was expecting another shipment to complete my order. Now they want pictures in order to help me. Where do I get pictures of items I never received? Terrible service. Never buy from them again. As for the person supposedly helping me (Winnie) guess the name suits the company and its employees. I was scammed. Terrible customer service.

My first warning sign was when I noticed that EVERYTHING on the site has 4.5-5 star reviews, then I noticed that many of the reviews say exactly the same thing. Scamtastic.
And this is what really scares me-- reading an article on the AV Club today, and the advertisement in the sidebar is the item from Tmart I was looking at yesterday. What kind of corrupt evil corporation is this?!
This company sucks. I have been waiting for my purchase and a reply to why it is not arrived. They do not answer within 24 hours. Never buy grom this company.

Ordered one cable, I received it. Look nice, I was able to charge an iPhone 4s and 3G with this cable. Looks very similar to the factory cable. I was able to sync my iPhones to my PC. So far no issues.
Answer: Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck

I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
