I ordered a flash drive (watermelon style) and received it within five days. T-mart gave the service they promised. Fast service, fast delivery, and most of all reasonable price on items.
The stuff is defective not working very cheap quality and if you give a one star review they will delete it so people can see and read only the 4 or 5 stars review? They are not honest stay away...
Great Eye Shadow Palette ($6 and change) I purchased two, one came a bit broken- and swatched! I don't know if I will use the palette that was opened and swatched with finger prints left in 5 pans! But the product is good quality and some colors are better than the UD3, some are not as good. Blackheart is not the same-it IS a gorgeous burgundy black reddish shiny color that i prefer over the one that seems to be in most other palettes The colors Buzz Trick and Dust do not pop as much as the others and the matte shades need some work to show up. But these are good colors!

The first order *******GQQYJX for $10.05 on Nov. 8 was my mistake. Wrong item.
The second order *******FUC3 for $10.66 on Nov. 15 was correct.
I charged the battery and used it for three days.
It does not do any better than the standard size battery in performance so I want to return it.
I also want to return the first item which I previously asked for an RMA at your request but that I have not recieved as of yet.
Please inform me of an RMA that will take care of returning both items.
I'd like to purchase a phone in the future but if you can't take care of me I doubt that I will."
They have had a week to send me an RMA as they said they would but haven't.
If they own up I'll change my review.
Ordered what was advertised as an SJ4000 camera only to receive a knockoff. Whenever I posted a review that said that it was a knockoff, I was notified that my review was accepted, but a month later, I still haven't seen my review published.

I ordered three tablet cases for my children. I placed that order on the 30th of December, the money cleared my account on the 31st of December. I STILL have not received any of them. One of the covers still is listed as processing on their webiste. This site is a rip off.
I purchased 2 USB car chargers for my IPhone. When they arrived one did not work. So I emailed customer service about the problem. I got a reply the next day saying they would refund money into my Paypal account and sent a file confirming the refund. Norton AntiVirus refused to open the file because it contained a Trojan Virus. There was no refund. Sent 2 more requests thru their customer service with no reply and no refund. Its been about 3 weeks and still no refund, and even though it was an inexpensive charger, its clear that Tmart is not a responsible seller, does not stand behind their products, and chooses to ignore the importance of customer satisfaction. Only the lowest type of business would send an email reply that contains a malicious virus and have the nerve to call it a Paypal deposit confirmation, thank you Terry Wang. I will never buy from Tmart again.
Tmart please do not reply and ask me to email your customer service again, I have done that 3 times already and have only gotten a bogus reply, I'm not going waste any more time or money to email or order from you again.

I was thinking it will be low quality because its cheap but no its Outstanding. You can use since it has long life.In my local shop its price is high but tmart much more cheaper.
i bought a few items from there since its a discont site and allll the items where damaged and even the box it came it loooked liked someone smashed it.

I purchases two watches on December 13,2013. One watch came in ten days, but the battery in the watch was dead. It would cost me more to replace the battery then what the watch is worth. The second watch came in a package with a box for the watch, but there was NO watch in the box. They shipped me an empty box with no watch. I sent them five emails explaining this and received only two replies back and BOTH replies had NOTHING to do with my missing watch in the box. DO NOT BUY FROM TMART unless you like spending money for garbage or for nothing. I will NOT purchase from them again.
I ordered a product from these people who are located in CHINA, because they advertised FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Totally false! They had FED Express charge my card over $395, fraudulently! Had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Be warned, do not do business with this company!

This little kit contains eight pieces and it only costs $2.72 with free shipping, and for that it’s worth it I think.
I saw some mixed reviews and figured I would still give it a try. Don't. I paid $70 for a MagLev Globe for my fathers birthday. They were "out of stock" which I wasn't informed of until I emailed THEM, and got a very brief and rude response. I ordered the 7th and now its the 30th and I have yet to get the stupid globe for my dad. I will NEVER order from here again and beg you not to!

I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
