ASSURED IT HAD BEEN SENT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS SIX TIMES
HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FOUR TIMES
STILL NO PACKAGE OR REFUND
I dont know how a company can be so useless and continue to survive.
They will literally ignore all of your complaints and constantly bat you away with placation's.
My message saga is still ongoing just to get a refund, i wonder if they can make it a year!

Ordered a battery on Dec 20 to be shipped from the US. Website stated battery would be shipped in 24 hours. Paid for FedEx 2 day delivery so I would have by Christmas since this was for a present. Not hearing anything by Tues Dec 22, I e-mailed customer service with my order number. They would not provide me any info on my order until I provided a copy of my credit card, ID, passport, driving license and utility bill (sounded fishy to me). I e-mailed again on Dec 22; they responded that item not shipped. Wed Dec 23 they e-mailed me to give me a link to FedEx which showed that the item was picked up late afternoon on Dec 23 and would be delivered on Monday Dec 28. I then e-mailed requesting credit for FedEx charges since they did not send out in 24 hours. They responded refusing credit. I then sent an e-mail on Dec 24 requesting to be put in touch with a supervisor. Lily responded that she didn't have a supervisor. I wasted $18 on shipping and did not have the item for Christmas present. What a terrible experience! I will never order from them again.

I placed an order with T-Mart about a month ago and still haven't received my merchandise. I complained via web chat and was advised that when choosing the free shipping option, it takes 30-45 days to ship. Ridiculous! On top of this, I discovered an unauthorized charge on my bank account for $84.38. After filing a complaint for fraud, my bank advised that the charge was from a Canadian gas station called "ESSO" and the transaction was entered manually at the pump. I have NOT used my bank card for any transactions online other than paying bills through my bank... Coincidence? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE THIEFS!

After a trying and trying to get a tracking number from them I finally did thay have shiped my order to Tennessee and then the Singapore trying to get to texas you ask a question and it takes 3 days for a response this place is a joke

Supporting the original writer and not Tmart because I'm trying to deal with them on a separate issue. Customer service responded to me with a polite, we are sorry, but we can't access any information about your order once it has been made. The response I received follows:

Why did I ask them for information on the order that "I" placed? The order was placed by a person being investigated for fraud for using my card after he, the server at a restaurant I went to, used my card information on the site. The order was placed in my name, using my information, but I don't have an order number. That's perfect right, because, "Once place an order... we can not check other information, nothing about us."
Literally, the definition of rip off and no customer service.

Liars, What happened to the 2 days delivery!
This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping. Most of these reviews have been done through friends of the Chinese company Tmart. I ordered two Wi Controllers and it was supposed to be two day free shipping through DHL. I was given a DHL tracking number which had a direct link from the email I received from the company. When I complained they said to be patient and that product was out of stock. So I waited. They said it was delivered and when I filled a complaint they said I needed to check with the "post office". The first signal that something might be wrong. I decided to go directly to DHL website and input my tracking number. NO surprise there…the tracking number was not legitimate. I contacted their live online support team which of course was no help at all. When I requested a refund they said that I needed to process a complaint through the "post office". I asked them why they kept saying the "post office" when they use DHL and of course no response. Spend your money somewhere else. They will take it and string you along pretending to be a real company and tell you that it was shipped when there is nothing being shipped.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY! I tried to order from them twice and both times they asked me to send a scan of my card, photo ID, and utility bill. After I sent it to them they cancelled my order anyway. I am going to keep a close eye on my credit card bill. Pretty sure they are thieves and just want to get peoples information. There is no good reason for them to cancel my orders. Especially after I confirmed my identity by sending them all those things to verify. They had asked for a scan of my passport as well but I don't have one.
