So frustrating trying to get through to customer service. First time I called I was told by an automated service that I was "8th in line" and waited until I was next in line only to be disconnected. Tried again and the same thing happened. Tried this week and message said all operators were busy and to leave a message only the next message was that the "mailbox was full." I mailed a return the beginning of June and have heard nothing and nothing from my email yet. I've had Tilley hats for many years and loved them but after this experience will not be shopping with them again.

Tillys Sucks

I just ordered a bunch of items on the website and noticed my order confirmation didn't show my apt number which I 100% put down on the apt/suite section during checkout. After calling customer service they couldn't just add my apt number to my order which forced me to cancel my order. Immediately after cancelling the order I come to find the items I had just ordered are now sold out... I will not be buying anything from Tillys again. Not to mention a bunch of items online show in stock when they really are sold out

I recently ordered shoes for my daughter but i ordered the wrong size, so i sent them back stating i wanted size 6! Big mistake i sent them back on 3/7 and i still havent received the shoes! I send them emails every week and finally called twice today. They are looking for them! AWFUL!

Despicable! Horrible!

Never buy anything from tills! On the website it say 60 day return policy and in store 30 day return policy! And they wouldn't let me return a pair of shoes because I missed the 30 days just by 2 days this makes me sick I sat there and cried because those pair of shoes were $100 never shop at tillys I hope they go out of business!

I ordered items from Tilly's and the items I received all delivered separately and the rest never even came, I contacted Tilly's and they said they were running an "investigation' but it was no help, at the end they just told me there not liable and that it might have been "stolen". There is no way it could have been stolen because I have cameras. I was very disappointed with the customer service, they were very rude and no help. At the end I had to contact my bank to help.

Today I went to Tillys with my daughter for the first time and it is now my favorite store. I'll start of with he customer service. It was fantastic how everyone was continuously asking to help and being so kind in general. I love all of the employees and they were all so sweet and extremely helpful! I now look at Kohl's employees and think,"wow they could be slot more helpful!" Also the clothes are all adorable and sooooo cute! Also a very high quality store, And all for a reasonable price! I absolutely am in love with this store and reccomend it 11/10!

DONT ORDER
December 15, 2017

Ordered on November 27th, was supposed to ship 5-8 business days. No status update, continued to say processing. Called customer service two days in a row, waited 10-15minutes on each call. Finally got through to tell me my item was out of stock and was cancelled. I never received any notification. HORRIBLE service. Also your site says its AVAILABLE and the money was never refunded!

Placed an order and noticed I had an old shipping address. I emailed them instantly and they refused to change the shipping address. I never received my order and they refused to refund me $21. Horrible customer service.

Very bad experience.
Many fees and upcharge are made for the shipping and returns of purchase.
At the end, my refunds was below the initial purchase price!
That's really bad.

It was the first and the last time I shop on this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site a month ago. When the delivery date came I never received them. I called both FedEx and Tillys customer service lines and they said that the package was delivered and it never was. They filed a lost package claim but it got denied and they tried to cheat me out of my money. I reached out multiple times and they did not help; said I would get store credit but never received it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will steal your money.

Tilly's in Farmington, Utah is horrible. Manger is not helpful and rude. They didn't include all my order and I live in another state. When I called, they did have the remainder of my order that I paid for but they wouldn't refund my money or send the product in the mail even if I paid for shipping. NEVER will I shop here again. No sales people in the store to help. Major disappointment in the service and the lack of concern or help from the manager. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone, but instead would talk through a sales person making communication extremely difficult. Do not waste your money here. This transaction has made me furious. If you want to get ripped, treated badly and wait 30 minutes for help then Tilly's in Farmington, Utah is your place to shop.

Not the place to be

We had a party tonight and the waitress couldn't juggle any of her task. We ordered wings at 6:45 pm and I left at 8:20, asked her ghetto self twice about the wings and never got them. Worse place ever

Annoying
July 25, 2018

Tried to shop at the Erie, PA store in Millcreek Mall. Four sales people came up to me and tried to redirect my shopping. It used to be only one person, which was fine. But these sales people were annoying. If I am looking at something, give me a minute to look, dont try to drag me across the store to look at something else. Got annoyed, left and didnt buy anything.

I ordered 8 t shirts received 1 never seen the other 7 trying to get ahold of a store representative was hell took them one hour to answer just to tell me what I already knew that there was two deliveries made wich only received one. One t shirt and my delivery status keept changing same day n finally stated it was delivered at 9:44 never happened Ontrac company is a fraud n Tillys has said pretty much not being reimbursed 189 dollars

I just left the tillys store in Happy Valley it's the second time I've been there in 10 days I actually bought one item with terrible customer service 10 days ago I drop by today and there were four Associates in the back talking 4 customers in the store one person at the front counter and no one ever came up and I sat there with four items waiting to purchase for at least 10 minutes. I dropped my items and left the building
Whomever is the manager of the store I had a similar experience 10 days ago and saying hi when a customer comes in the store but providing no customer service when the store is not that busy just doesn't bode well for the future of what happens here.
Won't be back

I order online through the afterpay app some how they ended up taking the whole payment! I called them to see if they could cancel the order so I can try to do the correct payment method an they told me they would cancel as soon as I hang the phone up I get email saying my order have already been processed an they can't cancel it! I call back to speak to a supervisor an they're all in a meeting! I will NEVER shop with them again!

NEVER AGAIN

I will never order from tillys again. They use FEDEX to ship. Next time I'll find what I'm looking for on the site, get the brand name of the product, and then proceed to search it on Amazon for cheaper and light years faster shipping. Fuukkk Fedex and Tillys for using them.

I ordered multiple shirts from them that weren't available at my local Tillys in Chico, CA and all the shirts I ordered were XL and one of them that was sent to me was XXL. Went to my local store to return it with the receipt and they wouldn't credit my card back or give me a refund, they'd only give me a gift card for the amount of the shirt. So let me get this straight, you screw up my order and send me the wrong size and you don't have the correct size in stock in your store and you won't refund my money? How is it my fault that you sent me wrong size? The clerk said he's bound by what the computer tells him he has to. I say that's really crappy customer service and will never do business with them again... and will make it a point to put this experience out there so as many people as possible are aware of this company's poor customer service practices.

I initially bought a pair of brown Sperrys. I received gray Sperrys and not only that, they were scuffed and had dark stains on them. I asked for a return on their website and just received automated emails. 9 days later I chatted them and they said they I could ship it back to them for free. At least it was free shipping. Oh wait. The order was not flagged for a return and it would not let me return or replace the item. Once again I chatted Tilly's and they said to revisit the website and select replace. To my surprise, the order was still not able to be returned. Finally they emailed me a shipping label.
