I ordered multiple shirts from them that weren't available at my local Tillys in Chico, CA and all the shirts I ordered were XL and one of them that was sent to me was XXL. Went to my local store to return it with the receipt and they wouldn't credit my card back or give me a refund, they'd only give me a gift card for the amount of the shirt. So let me get this straight, you screw up my order and send me the wrong size and you don't have the correct size in stock in your store and you won't refund my money? How is it my fault that you sent me wrong size? The clerk said he's bound by what the computer tells him he has to. I say that's really crappy customer service and will never do business with them again... and will make it a point to put this experience out there so as many people as possible are aware of this company's poor customer service practices.
