These stupid people who packaged my order forgot the anti theft ink security tag on my order which they SHIPPED to me. Now they are completely unusable because I cannot remove the tag and they are VANS. NO ONE WILL REPLY ABOUT AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS TILLYS FAULT.
I wish I could just not even give them a rating, because it should be a 0! I shopped with them a few months back and they charged me 2 TIMES for 1 SHIRT! I didn't realize this until I got home. The next day I went in and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't help me even after I gave them my receipt and they told me they saw the transaction happen and knew i would be backThen the told me to call customer service So when I got home I called them and they said the refund would take 1 WEEK, it has been 2 MONTHS! So last month I decided to call again, they told me the exact same thing I still haven't been refunded, I've gave them my bank statement, my transaction number, and have emailed them 3 times. I've had no response to those emails, no calls back, and no refund. I will never shop with them again and I recommend you don't either if you don't want to be scammed.
Ordered 6/7/22-its 6/21/22 & still not delivered. Neither Tillys nor FedEx will fix this - I've called both, and FedEx said Tilly's selected the cheapest shipping method, and that means it could take a month to get to me. Tilly's said this is a FedEx and "weather" problem. SO... HOW WOULD I HANDLE THIS ISSUE AND MAKE MY CUSTOMER HAPPY? I'd overnight replacement items and a return label to my customer, apologize, and make this right. Amazon gets it here in a day or two. Even little sellers on Etsy and Poshmark are able to get their products to me in a few days. When brick and mortar stores like Tillys start closing down, they will blame the big guys like Amazon - but as an avid online consumer of shops big and small, I hope they realize that the little shops like Etsy and Poshmark are getting it right, too! So, Tillys - If you want to retain a strong customer base, give your customers something to brag about, instead of just something to complain about.
When ordering a shirt and hat for my grandson, He received the hat that was to match the shirt, tracking the order stated it was in the box, when calling customer service they stated the shirt was out of stock! NO email, no call, no communication from them what so ever. When I ask why I wasn't notified the rep stated I should have called to verify it was in stock! WHAT? So he has a hat and no shirt! We wouldn't have ordered the hat without the shirt! YET, they billed my credit card! They must have thought it was in stock! Very annoying, DO NOT recommend ordering on line with them ever!
I ordered a hoodie and pair of pants. Only the hoodie showed up and when I called to get a refund for the item that never arrived they told me they couldn't refund me. Customer service is trash, and they basically robbed me of $68. Never shopping with them again and I recommended you don't either unless you want to get robbed.
I bought a pair of shoes 7 1/2 womens even says on the order confirmation and receipt. They gave me a box that said 7 1/2 but the shoes inside were 6 1/2 in womens. When I ordered it online I used a coupon! So I went to the store to return the shoes for my size and they didnt have any in stock so I returned the shoes and told them to ship the right size to my address I had to pay $12 extra for the workers mistake! It wasnt my fault! They wouldnt allow me to use the coupon. So I waited 2 weeks later and I didnt get my shoes so I contacted Tillys and told them I wanted a refund. The woman said she placed a refund for me. A week and half later I still dont have my money. I contacted them again and they replied with a stupid excuse now I have to wait 5 more days for my money!
I ordered 2 pair of shoes and it was supposed to take 6-8 days. I got my first pair about 2 weeks in and the second pair never came. I contacted the customer service and after 3 days they got back to me saying the are out of stock of the other shoes, WTF? After the order was made and paid for they decide they don't have the shoes anymore? And it had to take for ME to contact them to find out that they will not send the second pair, shouldn't they let me know that they are out of stock? It should've said out of stock or not been online in the first place. First and last time ordering from them.
Worst costumer service ever, and they don't seem to care about that. Thank GOD they canceled my order (for no reason and out of nowhere, probably none of the items I wanted wass in stock...) Shame I didnt read the reviews first. I'd rather pay full price then EVER ordering here again. Also a very bad website that does not work AT ALL.
I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and it was shipped with FedEx, FedEx kept rescheduling my delivery date and then my order was stuck for about a month and I decided to contact Tillys customer service. A woman named "Piper" responded back to me and said FedEx has admitted responsibility for loosing the package but she would file a claim with her managers to see what the next steps are. After a couple days of no response from Piper or Tillys I decided to reach out again and I just asked that the shirt be reshipped again because it was a gift and I just wanted this to be solved. It seemed pretty straightforward to me to have the lost package be resent again. So again a few days go by and finally Piper responded that Tillys would not give me a refund and they would not reship my package again. Instead, I was told to repurchase the shirt again and that I would get "store credit" for the value of the shirt which was $43. She attached a code so I put the code in the checkout and I only got $5 off shipping, so that meant so I still had to be $43 for my lost package. I'm still trying to resolve this issue but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I can see why Tillys is a failing business, horrible customer service and overall lackluster products.
I ordered shoes on the 18th and paid for two-day shipping. I called on the 23rd because I had not yet received my order. The customer service rep said the order was out of stock and that the order had been cancelled, even though the online status still showed it as processing. I never got notified of this until I called. I never write reviews, but I was so upset by this that I couldn't hold back.
Their not a good company whatsoever to shop for dont shop or order nothing here you will loose all your money and be broke because they wont even try to help or redund you whatsoever even if you dont have money you just lost money its a very very irate situation to be in especially when you paid a grip of money for an item you thought you could return. And even during this pandemic they should be more accommodating i would think from us customers willing and ready to buy from them but nope not at all. We shouldn't support them they will just go out of business just like other business from having no business and that would be on them from not helping customers even just just alittle bit by us customers spending our money.
Ordered on Novemeber 28th. Still says processing. I have emailed them twice and called twice (waiting over 20 minutes both times). Still NOTHING. They took my money and haven't provided anything!~ DO NOT USE THEM!
I ordered my wifes beachfeet boots about 10 before Christmas and they delivered it in about 4 days, then some jerk off stole the package so I contacted tillys and told them I hadnt recieved it so they payed for 2 day shipping and resent it to me so I would have it by xmas. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure our Christmas was perfect. Thanks again
Tillys wouldnt let me exchange and had me on hold for an hour i paid 84 dollars for a hoodie and it wouldnt let me exchange for a smaller size dont shop online from tillys just go in store now i have something thats to big for me and i want a smaller size i lost 84 dollars today
When I joined on line I was offered 20% off my first purchase. When I bought something they did not discount me and their answer was, quote, "NOT AVAILABLE ON THAT ITEM' con.
In my cart it advertised "SPEND $4.01 OR MORE AND RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING' but it did not show as a deduction and the representative said "Free shipping on orders over $49".
Not a reputable company to deal with in my opinion and after many e-mails to them they discounted nothing. One would have thought they would have given a 'goodwill' discount but nothing from them. Con

This store has best clothes with awesome logos and styles to fit your needs. They offer online coupons or can notify you by text. Their shipping service is good too recommend this to anyone.
Tilly's customer service is the absolute WORST in the apparel industry. First, they hardly ever pick up the customer service line. Monday morning or Friday afternoon you get the same lies "We are experiencing a heavy call volume". Hire more people and fix your problem!
I had an employee place an order in store July 14,10 miles from their warehouse. Got confirmation, then a second email on July 15: There are inconsistencies with the information you entered during check out. (Remember, I didn't enter anything, store employee did). I call, and wait, and wait, nobody picks up. I send an email explaining. Their response, please call our 800 line. The one that they make you wait for how long? I call back at 8 AM and yes, heavy call volume. I wait and wait, finally 32 minutes a CS rep tells me she sees nothing wrong with the order. "I will send it to shipping". Today, over 4 days after ordering, the order is still "processing". My emails have been ignored.
I was so mad, I cancelled the order. Next time I am going to HSS or Jacks or some other surf shop or order directly from Quiksilver or Roxy because their CS is awesome and they offer free shipping. Done with Tillys for good.
I payed 18 dollars for shipping... today is day 20 and its still not here. Called fedex, USPS, and tillys and gained nothing. Pretty much have just given up on my order.

I contacted your support staff twice now about this (the last time being Wednesday, Dec. 21) opening a claim to get in touch with the shipment company. I was told they would call me with more information and I would be able to get a refund for my order since no items ever arrived but would not get a confirmation email, just a phone call. I never got the phone call. Due to the holidays, I am reaching out for a FOURTH time now to get some sort of solution to this issue. I'm very upset that this isn't being taken seriously as this company has been one I purchase from before and liked your brand. I would really like some assistance for the inconvenience of spending my money on your products and getting no products in the mail.

Answer: NO! I can't speak for the swimming suits, but I purchased a pair of shoes that turned yellow from some cheap glue or chemical used to make the shoes and they would not refund my money. Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
