Please don't do business with this company. I ordered a document camera which the site stated as in-stock and "... usually ships the same day". Once I realized the item wasn't in-stock I contacted the company to cancel the order and received an email confirming the cancellation. Five days later my account was charged and the cancelled item was delivered. I refused delivery and opened a dispute with PayPal for which I am still awaiting the outcome.

I spent thousands of dollars from this company and after buying several computers I got a refurbished one that needed replaced. The sent me a auth lable and I shipped it back then I never got a refund. I called 6 more times before finally filing a dispute with Paypal. I got a partial refund back after winning my case with Tiger Direct. If you buy new from them and never have a issue then you come out ahead because they do have good prices. However if you have a customer service problem and are lucky enough to get them on the phone, it is unlikely that you will get your money back. So if you buy on their site use Paypal or your credit card, do not use a debit card. Their customer service used to be amazing but not anymore. Now it is lacking integrity and honesty. I do not recommend them.

If you are looking for discounted products this is the website for you. There is a wide variety of products. I was on the website for 5 minutes and was amazed how well this website is planned and looked through it for about 30 minutes and seen very good deals. I will be using this in the future and is very helpful for people who need discounts. But there was some deals that you can find on amazon that were a lot better. But this is also very good.So you should use this if you are looking for low electronic prices.

Placed an order for over $3k. Order contained 11 parts. Received first 6 fine. The remaining 5 were in stock but they didn't ship after 11 days. I kept calling and they told me the products are in stock but they are having a warehouse delay. Same excuse every time. Extremely frustrating. Tried to cancel the order but they wouldn't let me! So I had to cancel the credit card. Meanwhile, Newegg and Amazon did their parts just fine. I will never use TigerDirect again. There is no reason to have such delays in 2015.

This company has the worse return system. I ordered from Walmart site which 3rd party sells with tiger direct. What I ordered from Walmart some how is something different than the item the warehouse ships. Still waiting for a return label so I can sent this wrong item back. Then that's when I will get a refund. But still I have no item. So I spend more money an order It Again Assuming The Warehouse Made A mistake. Well They Sent The Same Wrong item. So now I have 2 items totalling 400$ that I never ordered no return label or address to send it to. No refund, no nothing. I will never try to save a few dollars for a good price just to get ripped off at the end

Ordered a computer and monitor. Monitor arrived and I got an email saying that I left the computer behind and to order again. I did and was sent two and they want me to pay return shipping when it was clearly there mistake. Never again, I don't care what price they offer.

Bad service

They are going down the drain i can't believe it. It was one of my favorite website but if you do research on them all you read is bad reviews from New to refurbished electronics, and they canceled my order because they couldn't verify my address Thank god they save me lots of problems

I used ecost a long time ago and then forgot about this site as they didn't keep bombarding me wiht emails like every other company out there. But when I needed a new bluetooth headset I somehow found ecost again. I got my new jawbone at like 70% off what I found on other sites and it was a great deal with zippy shipping. Very happy and will use them again.

Great prices are an excellent reason to shop here, but what makes this different is that unlike going to a store that just has great prices, TigerDirect also has great customer service and knowledgeable employees.

The Customer service of TigerDirect is rude and not knowledgeable on the services and company policies. I have called and got to spoken to: Jennifer; She was rude and unprofessional and has no knowledge about the company policies. The information she give was wrong, and moreover; she was very rude and arrogant. I will never place another order with this company, because just to change an email address is so asinine and archaic. Jennifer the customer service rep needs customer service training.

Great site for computer parts!
My son, 11, wanted to build his own computer. So for X-mas I ordered from www.tigerdirect.com the parts needed for my son to build his first pc. The prices are the lowest I could find and they have everything you could need in stock. I accidentally placed an order when my kindle locked up. I called customer service and they took care of it right away. I received everything within a week and in perfect condition.
My son is so proud to have built his own pc. It's water cooled and quite and super fast. My computer is a 10 yr old single core slug running Xp. My son's pc is a 8 core beast running 64 bit Win7 from a solid state drive. Neither of us could be happier. But I need to order a new pc from tiger direct for my self now.

Visited this site when I was building my own computer. They do have most of the parts that I was looking for but the prices aren't always the lowest. So if you do browse around at this place and see something you like, make sure to compare the prices.

I received a defective computer system from Tiger Direct. I only discovered the defect (camera not working) after spending a great deal of time migrating files and settings from my old system to the new one and installing programs such a Microsoft Office, my email program etc.

Because I didn't want to have to start over with setting up a replacement system, I decided I would live with the system without a working camera. I asked for a refund for part of the system price to compensate for the defective system. But I was told they would only replace the defective system or provide a $10 credit to my account for use on my next purchase, but the credit would be good for only two weeks. I was told "Take it or leave it!"

That kind of customer service is wholly unacceptable!

Do not buy from this website any more. They changed policy, now you can't return to warehouse, and you have to pay shipping, no matter for what reason you need to return... Also, you have to use their shipping box, otherwise, they won't credit you.

They changed their policy just to make it is hard to return, or give back your credit.

Bought a supposedly new Plantronics Bluetooth Headset and when I received it, you could tell it was used. When I called, they were supposed to send out a label for me to return it, which I never received. After waiting so long and it was never sent, I decided to try it out, and it didn't work. Needless to say, by that time they said it was beyond their return window. Obviously it was used and that is probably why they had received it back in the first place.

1) Tried to order a gift card with their V.me Visa checkout promotion ($20 off $100). Told me I couldn't price match the processor I wanted because it was their "lowest price". Couldn't use my V.me promo after canceling the transaction.
2) Tried to order PC memory using their own sites code. Code would not take. Chatting with support and they said they would have someone call me. No one did.
3) Ordered a flash drive at their promo price. They cancelled it saying "out of our control". Stock is out of their control?
4) Tried to get help with V.me issue listed in #1 above. Support said they would have someone call me, no one did.
Bottom line: their prices are no better than competitors and their customer service is far worse. Why would you bother?

Placed an order... it got indefinitely backordered (phone support says they'll NEVER get another one of the item in question) so I cancelled the order... they are STILL sending me backorder emails, and it's been almost a year.

What a crappy site!

Bait and switch scam

They hook you with an impossible deal, hold up your money, then when you call (so there's no record), they say your item is back ordered and upsell you on a more expensive item. Hours wasted on the phone.

Traveling and needed a replacement charger for my laptop. Paid for next day shipping. Charger did not arrive and I called. They said they could not verify the address and so they cancelled the order. Tried to blame me for it, but they had my email address and phone number and did not call. So annoying.
