As a first time user be aware that some of the language used to describe the ticket buying process may make you feel less than confident that you will receive your e-tickets…. But in actuality the site is quite user friendly and efficient in delivering your tickets by email. The next time I use this site, I will be a lot less paranoid about it. Have faith all ticket broker sites are not a fraud. Tickets for Sale is great and quite legitimate.
Everything was absolutely positively the best ticket service I've ever experienced but because of this hassle forcing people to leave a review while I'm trying figure out if I'll get my tickets, is upsetting! And if I don't write a full book reviewing this process, it won't let me submit. Now I'm disappointed! I had rated you 5 stars but after this ridiculous forcing to give a review I've lowered to 3! Will I get my tickets now?
My experience was great! I'm not the best when it comes to technology and booking, paying for anything online always makes me nerves but this was most def one of the easiest experiences I've had. Thank you
I followed an affiliate link to this site from a venue without checking elsewhere. Tickets were far more expensive than they would have been through other services. Whatever, no refunds, fine. Lesson learned. Won't use the service again. Now you won't stop pestering me for a review so here it is. Enjoy your one star.
The check out experience was nice except for the fact that they won't tell you the $25 service fees until after you give them your information. Otherwise it was easy to get set up. We will see how it goes at the concert
I paid double price for a concert ticket, that may not have been purchased by this reseller yet. Never purchased anything from a company that you cannot cancel your order. Seems like they are hedging the market on tickets. In the end, I may get a ticket with someone else's name on it. Seems sketchy!
Ripped off! I bought two tickets at $64.0 each, however my total bill was $176 which is $22 more than advertised. I later went to some different sights and the tickets were being sold for $25.00 a piece. Wont use Tickets on Sale anymore!
It is unclear what this confirmation is supposed to be. Tickets Onsale sends an email asking me confirm I received the "confirmation email." When I click "Yes I received it" button I am asked for a review. It feels almost like spam.
I am not sure why there has to be such a delay for receiving emailed tickets to a concert. My emails states I will receive my purchased tickets only 5 days before the event when I purchased them several months ahead of time. There isn't a need for delaying an email and its not something I want to wait to deal with if there are any problems. I hope this isn't a scam. Buyer beware because I am probably not going to purchase again through this company.
Wrongly tried to sell different level tickets for a general admission space. Even provided a map of layout of venue. Scammers. Did not say that ticket prices were in U.S. dollars when this was a Canadian venue until purchase was made. I do not recommend this vendor!
Thought I was screwed when I could not get my tickets. Not sure what went wrong, but had to use a different email address and I finally got them. We will see if I can get in on the day of the show. Fingers crossed!
Ticket prices are 3x on this site. Total scam. Sales are final, no way to get my money back at all. I will be shouting from the social rooftops about how awful this feels getting hosed by the company who pays the most for SEO.
Bought tickets not realizing currency was US so I spent about 300$ more then planned without knowing. They don't have a CAD option even thought Canadian events are being sold, ridiculous. Not everyone is smart enough to check, until they realize their bank took out way more then expected, making a Canadian currency option would help avoid the confusion and frustration
They present themselves and get placement as if they are the venue. They don't mention that they are a resale site until after you have clicked. They don't give you the seat assignment. They refuse to let you cancel and are unhelpful in the chat, despite the fact that it said in process for so long that I didn't think I had bought the ticket. There were better, less expensive seats available through the actual box office. I will NEVER buy from this vendor again. Making it seem like they are the actual performance sites when they are not is shameful.
Well -I was in too big of a rush and didn't realize it was a reseller. Maybe you can learn from my mistake. I got an $11 parking spot for $60. In addition, you don't get your ticket right away. So - don't be duped like me. If you want to buy from a reseller -at least go in knowing that. And you can't cancel - at all - so be aware of that too.
I experienced a bit of sticker shock as the price advertised was not the price I paid. This did concern me however I'm assuming there's a secondary market markup, but I wish I knew at the time how much that was going to be. I did receive the concert tickets the next day via Ticketmaster so they are in my Apple wallet so I am looking forward to the show.
I have yet to receive my tickets via email which were purchased almost two weeks ago. And when I click the " contact us " it never goes to the site. But my money was taken from my account immediately!
This is an American business, so don't be surprised by the bottom line. If you're buying for an event in Canada, the prices are in U.S. Also, service fees and delivery fees are tacked on. Conversion required.
Ordering tickets was very user friendly. Opened my MLB app after seller sent me an email verifying sale. Tickets are shown but without barcodes which should appear closer to game time. Not sure I like that approach. If tickets are bought and paid for and seller has in fact received the funds the buyer should not have to experience anxiety wondering if the seller was legitimate. Barcodes should be sent when funds change hands.
Easy to select tickets and then it tells me some other third party will provide the tickets anytime up to 2 days prior to the show. I've paid and I would like to have my tickets in hand.
Hope this works out.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
