Bought tickets to a concert and have yet to receive them. Got a confirmation of my purchase but says tickets may net be emailed until a day before the concert. A lot of reviews say people never receive them so guess we'll see. Purchased insurance so I'm covered either way.

Misleading
April 22, 2025

Ticket was listed at 109, hit purchase and it turned to 171, which became 250 when converted to CAD. I wanted to return it but it said no returns on the email. So I'm going to the show although I paid a bit more than I was expecting to pay.

Cost me twice as much as ticket price

I've paid twice as much as the actual ticket price from the Luke Bryan site. I didn't realize it at first because I just accepted the order then saw the tickets. I wanted to cancel but they wouldn't let me. Also the purchaser is someone called Erin Dwyer. Have no idea why or who. Since it's a birthday gift I wanted it to say my name. I sure hope these are real tickets.

Advertised Price Was Not Correct.

I ordered a parking pass for $61 then was billed $95 and some cents.
Not sure where the $34 came from... A $7.50 service fee was shown but that still leaves $25+ dollars unaccounted for. As you can imagine, I will be hesitant to use or recommend this service.

Misleading marketing

Very misleading marketing.,I expected a price of $34 for this parking space not over $50 which was only evident in small print
I did not contact you re this other than via this input. You ripped me off… poor location re distance from venue to car, you sold me a space for over $50 which I can tell you rent for $17 a day when no events are on at Amelie. Then you

No Apple wallet ticket?

Everything in checkout and whatnot was fine although the $7 "delivery fee" for an online ticket seems unnecessary. I'd rather them hide that nickel and dime tactic more effectively haha- my only gripe beyond that is that I didn't see an option to add the ticket to my Apple Wallet so I had to print my ticket. Makes me think that perhaps I am owed the delivery fee 🤔

Paw patrol mess

Purchased tickets for paw patrol live. The fees were astronomical, and none of the seats were together even though they were purchased together. It completely ruined the experience because we had to figure out what the issue was. We missed the opening of the show. I thought I was purchasing through tickets master instead of this site. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Never again!

I don't feel the 'service charge' was made very apparent during purchase.
I won't use this again. $40.00 seats ended up to be almost $100 a piece. I called and dealt with 'live chat', which was a joke, and tried to call company and was given a recording of no refunds, etc.
I am inexperienced with buying tickets online and didn't realize this was a 3rd party til I pushed the submit for payment.

Hidden fees

There was a couple hidden fees that I wasn't expecting using this for the first time. Please read everything very carefully before making a purchase. But over all… I didn't mind this time cause I'll be on vacation and spending some much needed time with my sister.

Tickets for jets game 5

Got ripped off

Found a show at the Kravis Center, West Palm Beach, Fl. My wife and I wanted to see so I Googled it. The first site that came up was the Ticketsonsale website. I very stupidly bought the tickets without checking that there was a direct way to buy the tickets through the venue. Long story short- I quickly realized (5 minutes later) that I had made a mistake and massively overpaid. I tried to cancel but the agent would not let me. In the end, the seats were in the last row (no exact seats show up when you book) and I paid $200 for two seats that should've $70. There should be a law against the administrative fees these ticket agents charge!

I feel like i was deceived.

I wish i had understood Tickets on Sale is masquerading as the venue. I buy so few tickets i just did not understand. Your business model is based on a subtle deception in the search engine process. Then on top of it i was re-directed back to the official seller (AXS) to actually access the tickets and i had to set up a second access point and password. So I paid more than i should have paid and took twice as long to get through DOUBLE the electronic hoops. Hopefully a lesson learned by me and i will not do it again.

Easy to purchase

Great experience. My only constructive feedback is that it would have been nice to have more information and transparency about the ticket type. The ticket price was advertised as one thing and the purchase price was another. Lower, which is great, but we don't know what that means in terms of our spot in the venue.

The price changed after purchase

I bought 3 tix on the mezzanine. They were listed as $95 each. When I went to final purchase I saw $95 each with a service fee of around $135. What I got billed for was 3 tickets for $179 each and almost $400 in fees. I got an email saying prices can change after purchase and they will do their best to seat me in my selected section. How can they change the price after you have agreed on a certain amount prior to purchase? Ridiculous.

Hidden Fees

Everything went as expected, except for the fact that there is zero indication of the fees involved when making the purchase. I was ordering two tickets for about $50 a piece and was very surprised when I clicked on the button to process my order and it showed the amount I spent was over $160. I went back through the process to make sure I didn't miss anything, and there is one paragraph in small font just before you process the order that tells you the total that you are actually paying. Again - there is absolutely no indication that you are going to be charged fees before this point and there is no receipt explaining what these charges are for. I will never use this site again if I can help it.

Where are the tickets?

Bought tix to an event in November. It's currently April. Confirmation email says my tix will be delivered the day before the show. Not understanding why it takes 7 months to get them. Friends bought for same show on another platform and already have their tix.

My cart stayed $282, I hit purchase and was charged $756.22. I do not understand how it changed over $400! I tried to cancel and it wouldn't let me. I tried chat, email, and phone. Phone was all automated. I called my bank but I purchased through pay pal so I could stop it from going through. I have an open review through pay pal now and plan to report to the better business bureau if it is not settled soon. I just want a refund. I would never spend this much on 2 concert tickets.

Deceitful website

When I purchased my tickets and checked out in my cart, there were hidden fees and charges that did not present until after my charge went through. There was a 31% upcharge which is quite honestly a bit of price gauging! I immediately called the "customer service" line to ask for a cancellation and was told the tickets were final sale. I will NEVER recommend your site to anyone and will never use the site again. Thank you for the opportunity to share my review.

Buying concert tickets.

Easy online purchasing and helpful customer service. Have contacted them a few times by phone and have had good experiences from an actual person. It's nice to speak to someone for help and not a machine.
