I was rushing to buy tickets and chose the first site I saw - chose tickets and paid. I received an email invoice stating the charge was almost $100 more than the price of the 2 tickets! What bothered me more was when I received the next email there was a link to my tickets. I'm VERY leary of clicking on links!
Also - No one answers the phone! I did end up using the link and now I have to wait and see if these tickets will work to get me into the event. I TRIED to contact customer service BUT it's impossible to speak to a person or even have an opportunity to leave a message. Trying to save others from making the same mistake!

Your telephone help was great. I wish I didn't need to download an app to receive my tickets. You could have just emailed them to me. The app is unnecessary and I will be deleting it after I see this show.

I got my tickets in a timely manner. The tickets were 45 dollars each. I paid 83 each and 54 for service charge. It was definitely expensive, but I am looking forward to the show. I hope that Ticket Sale is a legitimate company and that my tickets are good. Thank you

I purchased parking pass VIP area available yo me at noon to park. I received a email saying the avail to park moved until 7 pm. The first game starts at 7:10pm. There is no time to find your space, get inside and find your seat. I paid over $200 for this spot

Still have not received and e- ticket and I purchased it over 10 days ago. You would think with a fee as high as yours your service would be a bit more efficient. Appreciate your time and hopefully I don't miss the show.

The ticket price was already high for balcony seats. Fees were not specified. I only learned of fees when I purchased tickets. I tried to return immediately but they were "non-refundable." Will not use again.

We are excited to go to the Austin Rodeo, but are not excited about the extra 100 dollars we spent on fees to purchase our tickets. All the fine print was of course... fine print and being on a timer to purchase the tickets manipulated me into not reading the fine print! We didn't notice we would be spending an extra $100 for an obstructed view it until it was too late- and of course no refunds so we are trapped with them! I highly recommend buying your tickets elsewhere. Wish I looked into how this company has had lawsuits for this stuff in the past instead of rushing into my purchase. Will not make the same mistake next time.

Quick and easy. Just ready to get the tickets delivered. Don't want to wait for the last day to get them. I'm not that savvy with this kind of transaction. But it was really easy.

Tickets were easy to order, but tickets are not sent electronically upon order. I received a confirmation stating they would come two days before the show. I'm very uncomfortable with that and hope this is not some scam. Plus, I ordered and the final price was not displayed. I'm fairly sure that I could have ordered the same tickets on a well known site for less. There seem to be a lot of fees attached that I was unaware of prior to purchase. Due to the fees and non immediate delivery of the tickets, I must say I will never use this site again.

In 3e Encore, the tickets were listed at $45 each. I understand that ticket re-sellers mark up the tickets. I had been shown a price of $90 per ticket and decided to splurge and get them (it was a special surprise for my husband's birthday). Instead of a $180 charge on my credit card, it was $292! I wanted to cancel, but had already told my husband we were going. The ticket buying experience felt like a scam and I feel VERY much ripped off!

I actually wanted tickets to the def leapard concert. But accidentally clicked this app and these tickets. Your customer service said all sales final so I'm gonna take the tickets and enjoy. They are pricey. Although having trouble transferring them...?.
