Perhaps this is a good site for younger computer users but at 78 IO found it very difficult. I didn,t like being skipped to a page that wanted me to get insurance and some other way to get more money, your service fee is too high. I hope I never have to get tickets to MOrrison center again. No one considers how difficult this canbe and frankly they don't care
I orders 3 tickets for $44 a piece. My credit card was charged almost $600. I called immediately thinking I was scammed. I don't really understand what happened and the guy on the phone had an accent that was hard to understand. He apologized and said I would be credited some of the money. Haven't seen it yet
Said $89 per ticket for row 18. Bought 2. Came out to $369. Was a bit shocked at price change over and usd. Then next day my wife gets 2 floor tickets for $100 less in cnd. Make sure you pay attention before hitting submit. Was a costly mistake. Worse now can't get rid of them to make back loss.
I thought when I booked the tickets it was through the venue. I should have known better when I didn't receive a total bill before I processed my order. Sure, great I could have resold them but I am from out of town and had no way of doing so. The performance was the same day I placed the order. Happy to have seen the show but at a little higher price than expected.
When using another Credit Card, your system would no recognize the address which was in "The Villages" of Florida. I contacted my CC company and they validated the address on the card. You need to update your system with new addresses.
When purchasing tickets through you guys, it was a fantastic smooth process. It was a complicated at all. I had no issues super easy to complete and got my tickets right away via email. I am a happy customer. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will be returning and recommended to friends and family
I had started off on the venue's website and somehow got switched to yours. Because of that, I ended up paying WAY too much for the tickets. I don't know how you did it, but you got me. Your "service charge" is more per ticket than the actual face value. You fooled me once, but rest assured it will NEVER happen again. Now I just hope that I actually receive the tickets.
Didn't realize this wasn't ticket master until after I checked out. Saying my ticket wasn't guaranteed and charging an extra $200 im fees. Charged $90 a ticket, when Ticketmaster still had them for sale on their site at $50…
Wish I could have cancelled and returned.
Your company's desire to jack up ticket prices to make more money is reprehensible. But my desire to treat my mom is greater. I just hope the little guys who work for you reap some benefits from your crappy practices, but I doubt it. Cheers!
As much as I hate Ticketmaster, I should have just gone through them. It would have been the same experience. I don't like that you have a countdown timer while trying to figure out where to sit for these expensive tickets to an arena I've never been to.
Making the purchase was easy. I'm a bit older and maybe not so tech savy, so it makes me a little nervous that I will have to gain access to the venue using my phone. I sure hope that'll be just as easy!
Once all the fees were added there was no longer a deal. Ended up costing more than I would have paid with my regular ordering. I definitely wish I would have done stub hub. I won't be using this again.
Ordering was fine but I am not tech savvy and so the process of accepting on your phone and putting tickets in your Google wallet was very frustrating. I had to ask a relative to help me. Tickets should be available in e-mail and scanned in e-mail. Most everyone can do that. Why does it have to be so much harder. That was a real turn off for me.
After making a new password, I found the system kept rejecting "invalid credentials". But just when I started to create a new pw, my ticket choice page came up. I was able to purchase those tickets but was unable to purchase any other tickets that day as I needed to sign in again and was repeatedly rejected for "invalid credentials" using the credentials I had just purchased with. I chalked it up to overload on a high volume opening member sale day. I gave up and just have tix for the one concert this summer.
I'm a wheelchair user and couldn't figure out how to find ADA seating so just had to buy regular seats. Hopefully it'll all shake out when I get there! I'm lucky that I can use crutches a short distance and ascend/ descend stairs.
Finally customer service helped. Couldn't get tickets to download on a couple different apps. Finally it worked through SeatGeek. The service lady was helpful and patient. Took a little over a half an hour…
I tried going to Ticketmaster to buy concert tickets and was sent to this site instead. I didn't realize it until after I submitted payment. The total, which I wasn't given a summary of charges, was significantly more than originally stated. I am currently disputing it with my credit card company.
I was tricked thinking I was on Ticketmaster. You actually charged me double for the same ticket that Ticketmaster had on sale. I know now where I made my mistake and you should be ashamed. Making a profit is understandable, but gouging is deplorable.
I found using this site to purchase tickets to be misleading. There were many fees added to my purchase and at no time was I able to view an itemized receipt for my purchase. Will avoid in the future and stick with mainstream sites.
I was on Ticketmaster site and did not know I had been redirected to Tickets on Sale.
I discovered i was at Tickets on Sale once i pressed the purchase tickets button.
There was no breakdown of charges shown before i purchased.
Only after the purchase of two tickets for 132.00 each did i realize I had been charged an additional 123.45.

You should be ashamed of yourself for doing business this way. Didn't your mamma teach you any better. Guess not!
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
