I was tricked thinking I was on Ticketmaster. You actually charged me double for the same ticket that Ticketmaster had on sale. I know now where I made my mistake and you should be ashamed. Making a profit is understandable, but gouging is deplorable.
I found using this site to purchase tickets to be misleading. There were many fees added to my purchase and at no time was I able to view an itemized receipt for my purchase. Will avoid in the future and stick with mainstream sites.
I was on Ticketmaster site and did not know I had been redirected to Tickets on Sale.
I discovered i was at Tickets on Sale once i pressed the purchase tickets button.
There was no breakdown of charges shown before i purchased.
Only after the purchase of two tickets for 132.00 each did i realize I had been charged an additional 123.45.

Where are my tickets? I received a confirmation email but no tickets. No other platform has made me wait this long to deliver the actual tickets. This will definitely make me think twice before using this service again
Can't give a full review until I officially have my tickets. Wish there was a better system than to have to invest a lot of money up front for tickets and wait in limbo to receive actual tickets, potentially months later.
Paying $22 more for fees is ridiculous but the website was easy to use. I did get my ticket quickly but it was not for the row advertised, 6 rows off but in the correct section. Not sure if I should get a refund or see if someone at the game would be willing to swap so I can sit with my friend. FYI, baseball tickets for a minor league home game.
I mistakenly thought that I was getting a good deal. I paid more than $60 after the miscellaneous fees were added for the same parking lot that was only charging $25. And there were plenty of spaces available.
The site was easy to use and quite convenient. My only negative is that the processing fee seems really excessive. And in all honesty the fees that you and other ticket sellers charge may lead to me reducing my event participation
The identification of seats and purchasing was smooth and secure. The only improvement I suggest is to make it easier to identify row locations. We had to find another Chicago Theater seat map to identify precisely where we would be seated.
Ive had absolutely no issues with tickets on sale and we attend several events per year... customer service has always been able to assist with any questions i have had... you do get a confirmation email about your tickets but i always tend to get nervous when the tickets arent sent right away
My initial ticket had to be swapped for another ticket due to a mistake on the part of the ticket company.
This very much inconvenienced me and caused me some stress.
However your staff who answered the phones were very helpful.

Now that I have attended a game at this stadium I know that the G lot parking I bought for $50 is originally $10, is not premium parking, and was not sold out. Got better parking for $15. Seller takes advantage of tourists who don't know better. Nice guy!
I don't like that I have to wait until 2 days before the show to receive my mobile tickets. Why can't they just send them now? They are mobile… makes me worry I won't get them, then have to find more.

I was tired on a Friday night and decided to buy tickets to an expensive show. The markup on the site is almost 100%. There were tickets available on the official AXS website. Boy I wish I had scrolled past the full page advertisement on my phone but they got me and that's how they do their business. I don't even have my tickets yet and they keep spamming me with emails. Stay away.

In this day and age of online ordering, this was one of the worst I've gone through in many, many years. Multiple emails to get to the final purchase and confirmation, then several follow-up emails to rate the terrible experience. On top of this, several spam emails about staying at hotels in the area where the tickets were purchased, which I did not sign up for. I hope the venue never uses this service again.
My wife doesn't buy tickets online often and thought she was buying on the Barbara Mann site. Then, when she went through the steps to purchase, the way the transaction is presented it looked to her like the price shown was for both tickets she was purchasing, when it was each. This, plus the outrageous service fee caused is to pay 50% more than we would have paid. The tickets were still readily available on the Barbara Mann site.
I selected tickets, went through the purchase process and thought I was done. I never received a confirmation email so I felt something was not right. I called customer service and the gentleman helping me confirmed that the purchase had not been completed. I returned to the website and went through the exact same steps to purchase the very same tickets, but this time, the price had gone up by over $200. Otherwise, my experience was a typical online purchase. Thank you for listening.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
