Messed up order

I paid for three tickets which was confirmed in my confirmation email but received 2 tickets via transfer and they are in different seats then what I was confirmed to have gotten. Still not resolved and trying to reach a live customer service rep is extremely challenging. I won't ever do this again

To complicated

If I knew I wouldn't receive the tickets right away, I probably wouldn't have purchased through you. I am not tech savvy and it really stressed me out. Even though the tickets are in my Google wallet I am still scared something i did wasnt write. To many emails, accounts, links. Needs to be easier.

Bought tickets but can't get them

Never again. I spent over $400 for tickets, to get an email that they can't confirm receipt of my tickets until the night before the event. When you call the 800 number they just talk off a script. I spent $400 to not have peace of mind. Never again. Buyer beware. I even bought event insurance incase I can't go, and they charged me, but I don't even know if I'll be going yet, because I don't have my tickets. I'm so irritated. The only consolation I have is that the Attorney General appears to be successful in reimbursements.

Fast and Easy, But I Would Change One Thing

It took no time at all to place the order. Check out was very efficient; however, I wish the total cost was listed with the ticket price. My tickets were $41 each, but by the time I checked out with the fees, the total cost was about $125 for two tickets. I am not upset about this, but it would be nice to have an option of total price up front.

Confirmations need to be immediate

I bought a ticket for a show I would like to see. The price was fair and the seat agreeable to me. I paid with PayPal and saw that a credit was withdrawn from PayPal which appeared on my Visa Statement. I did not receive an email or have any proof of purchase. I am new to your site and was worried it was a scam. I understand that I won't have my ticket for a while but I would like an immediate confirmation number and email as proof of purchase as soon as the transaction is complete.

Beware of hidden fee service fee too high

When purchasing on this app it does not give you the itemization of cost until after purchased. Then they do not allow refunds. So, you hit with a service fee of $150 which is basically the same price as the ticket.

It would be helpful to have a better understanding of the various ticket options per Stir Cove seating map. For example, does purchasing a ticket for the Deck mean the deck next to the Stage or the deck near the entrance. Does it lock in seating? Knowing this information would have led me to purchase those seats; instead, I purchased GA and will hope for the best.

Ticket Price Misrepresented!

Thought I was purchasing two tickets for $84 each. Once transaction through Apple Pay was completed, total transaction cost was $247. Immediately called Tickets for Sale and they refused to remove their outrageous processing fees.

I purchased two concert tickets and assumed there would be taxes & fees. The amount of extra charges was not divulged until after the sale was final. It was $100 over the actual ticket price, and no breakdown was ever provided of what the extra amount consisted of. I emailed immediately requesting an explanation & got no response. I accepted the tickets, but was disappointed with what seemed to be deceptive price-gouging.

Add on fees ++++ rip off feel

I did appreciate the quick transaction of the ticket purchase until I entered my cc info, no refund statement, enter
Then suddenly $133.00 tickets x2
Went from 266.00 to $390.37 TOTAL!
Huge mark up fee without revealing the add on fees prior to completion of sale.
That didn't make this experience acceptable!

Somewhat confusing

I didn't realize this was a reseller's site until I had already purchased my tickets. I then realized I had paid quite a bit more than buying directly from Ticketmaster. Lesson learned. This site also kept telling me to "Purchase" when I already had but the countdown timer had restarted so I really didn't know the situation. I ended up calling "TicketsOnSale" after spending way too much time trying to use the online chat. I got pretty frustrated with it all until I FINALLY got an "agent" to "live" chat and got it all taken care of. Again, too expensive... lesson learned.

I was excited to get the tickets and not be in a que. I didn't realize until after the purchase and was notified that my tickets were not available from the seller until the day before the concert. Then realizing that it was from another individual that purchased the tickets first. I was not happy paying fees on top of that and I should not have to wait for my tickets. They should be in my possession. Immediately after the sale… that is wrong. The whole web page was misleading and I am disappointed in my purchase. I called about a refund and was met with an immediate prompt that all sales are final and no refunds can be issued. Which I also think is wrong. Should be able to change your purchase. Perhaps you find better cost or better seats on the same website…. Will be leaving bad reviews everywhere I can.

I went looking for red clay stray tickets online through Ford amphitheater and got directed to this site. I paid $80 in fees. I think that is outrageous. Also, they don't let me transfer the tickets until the day before the event. I bought these as a gift and now I have to hold onto them until the very day before which is months away And then transfer them. Had I known all this I would've not completed my purchase through this site.

It was a bad experience.

I paid 5x the ticket value. I called immediately when I realized my mistake. I tried to cancel twice. It is a bad policy not allowing cancellations. Fortunately I did receive my very expensive tickets. I will never ever use this website again.

I might be naive but still feel cheated

In my ignorance I thought $60 might be the going rate for parking ($87.15 after fees). When I learned that parking at the venue is $15 I tried to cancel my order. I was politely told all sales were final even though I tried to cancel just 4 days after placing the order and 9 days before the event. Doesn't seem like TicketsOnSale is a good company. Never again.

Works good

No issues, the website works just fine. The amount they charge for fees is crazy. $84 dollar ticket and then $27 fee on each ticket plus tax. I miss the day when you could go to a venue and just buy a ticket to a show.
