I paid 5x the ticket value. I called immediately when I realized my mistake. I tried to cancel twice. It is a bad policy not allowing cancellations. Fortunately I did receive my very expensive tickets. I will never ever use this website again.
In my ignorance I thought $60 might be the going rate for parking ($87.15 after fees). When I learned that parking at the venue is $15 I tried to cancel my order. I was politely told all sales were final even though I tried to cancel just 4 days after placing the order and 9 days before the event. Doesn't seem like TicketsOnSale is a good company. Never again.
No issues, the website works just fine. The amount they charge for fees is crazy. $84 dollar ticket and then $27 fee on each ticket plus tax. I miss the day when you could go to a venue and just buy a ticket to a show.
Was easy to make the parking reservation and the lot opened and closed the doors just scanning the license plate. There was a surprise that the initial price quoted was barely half the charge with additional fees. Should be advised of that up front. Thank you.
I paid $336 for two tickets, so was unpleasantly surprised when I received the tickets in the mail and discovered the face value of each ticket was $79.50. Granted, the shipping cost was $25, which is understandable, but I don't understand how/why vendors are allowed to charge nearly double the ticket's face value.
It cost me about an extra $60 per ticket using your site. I wasn't shown the total price until after the buy transaction was submitted. I thought Ticketmaster charging about $20 per ticket was too high but you are even higher! It's a show I really want to see but the cost wasn't as expected. It's a good thing I'm close in the 5th row to ease the financial pain. Other than that I thought your site was good and easy to use.
Again, I went to this concert last year bought my tickets, was charged on my Apple Card. Never received the confirmation email nor my tickets and never received my money back. I was hesitant to use you again, but was assured by Apple if I did not receive it right away. They would take care of it. Again, y'all handled everything perfectly thank you so much.
Seemed to me it was complicated and too layered for online purchase. Further action to take 2 to 3 times made it cumbersome, plus starting the purchase on one day with cell phone, having to complete it via my laptop.
Perhaps I didn't see it, but an explanation of how this was going to work and what to expect would have been helpful. Makes me a bit uneasy that I have paid for but have not yet received my tickets. Not sure why they aren't issued at the time of payment. You have our money, now I would like our tickets please. Seams reasonable.
Just wish I could see my ticket instantly even though my email said it was confirmed. Call me old school but I was sweating a little bit worrying that my order didn't process correctly not being able to see it hold that ticket in my hand
I have attended over 1400 concerts and the ticket sales and fees is almost criminal in the amount of what it costs to attend a show now days. The fees are 30% of the total charges and this seems excessively high. I do not even get a ticket for my keep sake of the show.
I went to accept my tickets, but was told there was a problem with my account. Customer service rep extremely helpful and I was finally able to get my tickets. Procedure to navigate through reading the terms was unclear about scrolling through both terms of service agreements. Should probably just have one box to check both agreements at the same time.
Despite the fact that you get an email stating that your tickets won't be ready until like the day of or two days before the concert. It's hard to tell if it's actually confirmed that your tickets are purchased. And the app is very hard to work with and you also need the app for your tickets instead of just sending the tickets via email.
In all honesty, I found the process of getting my tickets and then the confirmation process - very involved, much more so than any other ticket purchase I have ever made. Very complicated. A few minutes before my purchase with you, I purchased tickets at the Goodman. That was a piece of cake compared to my purchase with you. Sorry.
I went through the process of buying my tickets and because the site puts so much pressure on you to hurry up and buy, you even get a countdown that stresses you out. On top of that, the amount owing is showing me 600, but once I went to be my bank to see the amount taken, it was 889! I was in shock, that is so sneaky. Shame on you for putting every customer through that shock and uncomfortability. I will not use this website again I am very upset about this.
Confirmed email. They charge all these extra fees and now ask for a 50 character response. Ticketonsale would sale tickets to their wedding just to make a quick buck. Luckily, no one there is worth love and won't likely get married
Horrible that it's 50 bucks in service fees 8 dollars to email the tickets is silly.
Bought two tickets at $240 each. I expected my total to be around $500 with taxes. After confirming my purchase, my total was close to $700 because of fees that were not disclosed until after my purchase was final. If I had known about these fees, I would have downgraded my seats to fall within my budget.
Very surprised when I checked out with almost $100 in fees and tax. You can't see total until you submit payment. I was shocked and thought I might have bought 3 tickets instead of the 2 that I wanted. I felt scammed!
Somehow insurance was chosen as an option and I'm trying to get out of it and it's impossible because the credit card they are going to refund not even the credit card they used to glitches the actual tickets. It just definitely makes me not want to go on this route again with your company. I'm actually hoping the tickets are not a scam.
The show was great. I received my tickets through Ticketmaster with no issue.
The amount on the invoice was $75 less than the amount charged.
I am having difficulties trying to reach anyone to get an explanation and hopefully a refund.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
