I order 2 Luke Combs concert tickets for Nov 22,2022 in London Ont, Canada on Aug 5. There were multiple red flags right from the start; 1: I never received an order confirmation email. 2: I was supposed to receive my tickets via email on Aug 8 and I never did (it is now Oct 7). 3: I called multiple times and never actually go through to a real person, just the automated voice. I checked the status of my tickets through an option on the phone and it said they had already emailed them to me and that they will resend them, which they never did. I also emailed them twice and I never got a response, I got a generated email saying that the email address was no longer in use but there was no other email address on their website. I have applied for a dispute on this purchase because this site is definitely a scam. I just ended up buying new tickets from a different site which didn't have hidden service fees so it was cheaper anyways! Do not buy from Tickets. Expert!
Paid for the tickets and recieved no confirmation or receipt. The website said when I purchased on the 24th June that my tickets would be texted to me on the 1st of July.
When I didn't get confirmation I emailed, no response.
2nd July I phoned customer services and was told to email with the subject urgent. No response.
The event was the 4th of July and I had to buy new tickets from a different provider.
I emailed again to explain i never recieved the tickets, they emailed back saying it was emailed to me on the 24th of June. No emails at all, including junk mail and other folders.
I feel totally robbed and there's nothing I can do about it. Avoid like the plague! Buy tickets from ticket master.

Bought tickets for the nutcracker at New York City Ballet and was going to take my wife and my two kids on my wife's birthday. 2 days before the event I receive an email, stating "we do not have tickets for the date you purchased, we do have other option we can go over". I call Tickets Box Office, who listed as the seller, where I speak to Sandy Lex. Sandy proposes to swap my 400 dollar/piece tickets with 144 dollar/piece tickets without compensating me the difference, over 1,000 dollars. When I confronted Sandy with this fact and he realized that he has been called out on his little pathetic scam, he tries to convince me that the tickets he's offering me is of same value (the tickets he's offering me are listed on StubHub at 144 dollar a piece).
I honestly don't understand why a reputable site like Tickes. Expert want's to be associated with small time scamsters like Sandy Lex. You're totally undermining the confident in your website. People expect a certain degree of integrity from a site like this, and at least some sort of vetting of the sellers you allow on your platform.
