Couldnt find tickets on any other site for this concert but tickets expert had them, very pleased! Only thing is i wish the tickets came right away and not have to wait around for them to be given to me to print off.

Poor Customer Service

I have been calling for few times but no one is picking up after waiting for 5-10 mins in the call. I did not receive my ticket till now, one day before the event start. I hope ticket will come after this review.

I enjoyed buying tickets from this website. But Im not enjoying writing this review that must be a t least 100 characters. I want to just answer 3 easy questions in a review with like a 1-5 star rating. If I wanted to actually write a review I would use yelp.

I had bought tickets as a gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. They were going to New York for the first time. They are excited but also anxious. At 24 hours before the show they still didn't know where to pick up their tickets. Buy directly from the venue to avoid stress and anxiety over not knowing if you are really going to gett tickets

I discovered my debt card was hacked a few hours after purchase was made on my card. I contacted their help desk and was told to provide paperwork showing I closed my account. I did as instructed. Bank told me it would be more than 72 hours before I would receive documentation. Returned call to their help desk. I was told no problem. Rec'd required document yesterday & sent first thing this morning. They denied my refund! Spoke with "boss" who again refused to assist. When asked when I would receive return call was told "I will further investigate and if I have good news by 5:00 I will call back." Apparently, no good news since I did not receive a call back. Sad that they are unwilling to forgo their 72 hour policy. He more or less accused me of not telling the truth. Hard to believe in this current environment that people aren't willing to help when accounts are being hacked daily. I WILL NEVER recommend this site!

Price Gouging

I only bought these tickets because my wife is a huge fan and it's her birthday. After fees and service charges, I paid $602. When I printed the tickets, the actual ticket price is $49.50 and a service charge of $11.00. For two tickets, it should have cost maybe $120 and some change with all service charges, etc. I paid an additional $480 for what? You cannot tell me it costs $480 to run a website to sell the tickets, even with all their overhead. The people running this service should be ashamed of themselves and should really take a look in the mirror. You people are ridiculous! There's a special place in you know where for them.

The extra fees that come along with the actual purchase of the ticket could be stated before checking out. So you don't get a shock in the end. It could also be stated in which currency that I am being charged. And also the fee to print the tickets myself is vert steep!
You could also make it easier to confirm your purchase! It was over all an okay experience, but I'm not sure if i would ever use the site again, or even reccomend it.

When I went on to the website it was smooth then to try to find seat selection area is good but Just waiting to receive the tickets and hoping there is a problem. I was hoping to get seats near a previous order which is now the difficult aspect but I'm hoping these will be printed or emailed to me as soon as possible

I appreciate the fast and easy online service. However, I don't like having to write a review of at least 100 characters prior to being able to move forward with the process of receiving my online tickets. One or two words should be sufficient, no one should have to write a 10 paragraph review just to appeal to vendor: such a waste of time!

Fee fees fees

Sooo, I didn't realize how much the fees would be until I went to check out. An electronic ticket and other associated fees. Too many fees for me to deal with... all in all, about 46.00 worth. I was in pinch a bit bullet but doesn't feel good

Process was easy enough and we received the download link really quickly, but they hit us with a $197 service charge on top of the ticket prices at the end of the purchase process, which I thought was a way bit much. Tickets were for Elton John at Caesar's Palace.

The process is a little confusing, I would much rather print my tickets than have to go to a pick up location. Also, when placing the order it only says that the pick up location is near the venue, which luckily it is. Even though the fees are hefty, overall the price for these tickets was better than any other at the last minute.

Received my tickets via email within minutes. At first glance, I thought the fee was way to high (still kinda do), however, after looking around, I did get the best overall price for the tickets... Sooooooo... I am a Happy Camper! I will use this site again, but I will still look around before I purchase, because you never know.

Fees are INSANE! Bought 2 tickets for $97 a piece. My card was charged $267! I'll never use this site again. I let my friend find tickets for me. Never should of trusted someone else to buy my tickets

Quick and easy to place order. However, the requirement to fill out a survey in order to get my tickets and post a review of at least 100 characters changed my rating from 4 stars to 1. I can't just get my tickets without going through this type of verification? Won't use this site again.
