Amazing customer service

I had purchased New England Patriots tickets in June through this site. In September ticket expert discovered an issue with our tickets and contacted us. They arranged new tickets for us for the same game and even wrote a letter for our bank explaining the situation so we could get our money back from the first fraudulent tickets. They truly went above and beyond so we could attend last nights game. Thank you.

SCAM

I have never felt compelled to write a review before, however, I am so angry regarding this website that I feel the need to speak. I am Canadian and was attempting to buy tickets to a Canadian sporting event. The website is not clear and does not indicate that the tickets are in American funds. I therefore have paid $357.70 for tickets that I thought were $258.51. In addition there were $60.00 worth of service fees. No response or help from phone calls I made to the website other than "All Sales Are Final". Avoid this website.

Bought 2 tickets for a concert through this site. It was great, very easy to navigate. However when I received my confirmation email, I had $73 in service fees and when I checked my bank account I had an additional $45 taken from my account for the 2 tickets! The service and handling fees were just as much as the 2 tickets themselves! Not a happy customer over here! Will not be using this site ever again!

Easy and convenient

Aside from the massive service fee (20+ dollars PER ticket) the buying process is easy. The only thing I hated was the ticket printed out with the actual cost if I were to buy at the gate ($35) I paid $54.00 ea plus a 20 dollar service fee. Kinda crappy.

Exorbitant service fees!

My fees cost more than one of the three tickets I bought! This has got to be service gouging... absolutely ridiculous! As mentioned in another review, there was no mention that there would be a service fee or what the cost would be! I realize that a fee is the norm for these ticket sites... but, really... they charge per ticket! A reasonable fee per 'order' would be more palatable! They did send a ticket club coupon for a year on them that says you don't have to pay fees... but I have not yet check out the conditions of membership. I feel that I have more than paid for a membership as it is with the fees I just paid! I also sent an email complaining about the cost of the service fees but have yet to hear back from anyone directly.

SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY

This website is a SCAM. They have you enter your address and card info then say "we are not charging you until you review the charges on the next page" then they charge you anyways! They don't pick up the phone and if the event is cancelled or you receive tickets that they have sold multiple copies of (cause they do that). They make you get it on the event locations letterhead (which the venue won't do)! STAY FAR AWAY. Worst customer service ever you won't ever hear from anyone again. Will fraudulently take your card information! SCUM BAGS

FEES! UGH

The site was easy to use, but there is a $30 surcharge per ticket that is hidden from your bill view. Looking at your ticket price and then the total price can give you a heart attack if you don't know about it or how to find out what the extra charge is.
The site did email me a 15% discount, it was good that I hadn't completed my purchase already when I got it.

Easy but high fees

Looking forward to the play and glad there were tickets available. I'm hoping all the fees will make it easy for me to receive the tickets after reading some of these reviews. It said they would mail them to me the week before the event. Fingers crossed.

Quick Turn Around

Easy to see many different ticket prices. Ticket transfer from seller to buyer happened quickly. I did have to confirm my tickets through Ticketmaster, but I did not mind because I already have an account with them. My only problem is the additional fees after the ticket purchase. It's a gift for my husband, wouldn't do this regularly.

I had been searching to find good tickets to a nearly sold out concert. I was thrilled when I found them on Ticket. Expert. I admit the service was excellent as the tickets were available for download within minutes after purchasing. Unfortunately, this is when I noticed a $117.12 service fee had been applied to each ticket! Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Interesting experience

Worked really nicely at first. And then towards the end it became complicated and time consuming. Calling and trying to talk to the person helping me was a waste of time. They didn't listen to my problem and I'm concerned my tickets are being emailed to the incorrect email.

Easy to navigate and see the section you are buying tickets in. But then they didn't give seat numbers after I purchased the tickets, just the row number and section. I hope all the seats are together! Also, the service charges are the highest I've ever paid. I'll be taking Tickets. Expert off my list to buy tickets from in the future.

Wrong Game
October 16, 2017

Purchased tickets for Oct 21 game, received November 4 game. Site would not refund or do an exchange. Told me I had to sell the Nov 4 tickets and they would help me purchase the Oct 21 tickets over the phone. Tried to get my money twice. Very Poor customer service.

This transaction was very easy. The few false starts were entirely of my doing, and once that was out of the way, I had my tickets in short order. All that is left is to pick the perfect shirt to wear. Thanks for the great experience.

Purchase was very easy and tickets delivered quickly.
Buyer beware on pricing. This was for broadway tickets and although I knew tickets were expensive, I did not realize the number of markups and service fees that made $109 tickets become $260 each. There is no visibility to the original retail value vs the selling, and the $120 service fee is not even displayed until final checkout confirmation. Buyer beware...

It was easy enough to book my tickets, but I'm concerned of the legitimacy of the site. The device charge was I felt to be too high. And I'm concerned that this could be a scam because of all of the stipulations, as well as the fact that I entered my home address but they do not mail me my tickets and instead I have to find them somewhere around the venue itself.

Sneaky fees
June 25, 2017

1) Fee of 7.95 just to download tickets, reported as tickets ordered. Extra "service fee" of $21.96 per ticket reported in last screen just before checkout without any notice of this fee previously.
2) Tickets delivered to me were NOT the same as ordered. (have to pull the chart to see if these are of equal desirability)
