Bought a pair of tickets not only do you get dinged service fees twice one for each ticket you also get dinged a delivery fee just to have them emailed to you.
Definitely overkill on the fees as it doesn't cost that much in order to maintain the infrastructure behind the ticket ordering system. Will not be using this again.

Placing an order o line should be better than I person we expect more of an ease not having to show up in person and all but over 20% of charge for a damn service fee that NO ONE dealt with my angry $#*! is cow manure at its finest!
I thought the tickets were $69 and I was fine with that, but by they time they added the service fee and e-ticket cost, it was more like $100 tickets. It's very difficult for the average American to afford going to concerts and other venues with these prices!
We purchased Bruno Mars tickets, as the concert date neared I became nervous about delivery. I was told they would be released 48 hours before the concert, then I was told they would deliver 11 noon the next day, Now Im told that they would deliver 8:00 the same day. With no tickets in hand I spoke to a manager who is telling me they will deliver before the concert (get this 23 hours from now). I do not recommend Ticket Expert and will never use them again.

That's over $75-85 in fees! That's an entire other ticket. It's bull$#*!. Charge smaller fees or give people options. I didn't have a choice but email delivery. So I was charged $7.50 a ticket for it! No free USPS no willcall. Nothing. No option
WOW, Ticket Experts are exceptional at what they do! I tried another vendor (VividSeats) and waited over 4 days and still no tickets. I tried Ticket Experts and had them within minutes.
Will definitely be using them again. Great job!
When I went on to the website it was smooth then to try to find seat selection area is good.It was a fast experience I would tell all.my friends about the fast service and I mos decently use y'all again
Was a good resource to get last minute event tickets. All thought the service fee was a little steep. The extra service fee did not show up until the last second. I really wish they were more transparent about that.

Nowhere was a service fee mentioned or a US vs. CAN dollar mentioned. It added $150 to the advertised/posted ticket price. I clicked to pay for the POSTED ticket price. Not the price plus an additional $150. This seems Fraudulent. Will never buy here again.
Many of us love our cultural Icons, but trying to see them in person is so disappointing because ticket venders such as this have us by the short hairs. The service charge per ticket was nearly $30. Are you kidding me? Someone is putting their 12 kids through college riding on the coattails of super stars. Pearl Jam tried to do something about this blatant exploitation a couple of decades ago and was unsuccessful. But I would dearly love it if performers banded together and put an end to the parasites.
The process for ordering tickets was pretty straightforward except the graphics for seat select needs to be upgraded to allow a better view of where the seats are. Secondly the fee that you have added to the order was no where to be seen in the seat selection process and came as a rude surprise at the very end. This should not happen in a fair business process.
Received a promo code to obtain a 15% rebate while completing the transaction and saw it only after. Check your emails before finalizing the transaction! The customer service was unhelpful and didn't want to give me the rebate afterwards.

So you think you got a great price for tickets ( because the seats are not that great)- you have the buy the allotted amount because you cant change # of tickets you really want to buy, on top of that they add an additional fee for each tickets- one that I dont even need! Now I hope I can sell the extra ticket... The concert better be worth it! LOL
