Easy to navigate

It was very easy to navigate and did not take too much of my time. When you have a busy life with work, kids, and more work everything else needs to be easier. I thank you for that. My 13 year old son really loves Jeff Dunham and this will be a huge surprise for him.

Quick and Easy process

Yes there's a fee at the end... How do you think these sites make their money? Stop complaining about that. I waited until 2 days before the event I wanted to take my daughter and nephew to and was able to still get tickets to an always sold out football game. It's the price we pay for convenience! I appreciate being able to purchase the tickets and do not mind paying the fee for this site to save me a TON of money. When I would have otherwise had to pay hundreds of dollars for the same tickets to the same even.

Never used Ticket Expert before but VERY HAPPY with them. Booked 5 seats together and within 5 min got a call that those seats had been sold already. The guy was so helpful in getting us another 5 seats together. Great customer service! Had tickets within an hour and printed.

Website is efficient and fast, tickets are for playoffs so "tbd" but fingers crossed well get them. I'm assuming they'll be available when the scores have been determined but overall the site was easy to use

Process was ok, but the hidden fees were ridiculous! Will never order again from them, as they told us, we have no recourse with the additional cost. No refund, no empathy. This purchase ended up a lot more than our budget allows...

I bought two tickets for an NBA game in Portland scheduled on Nov 11,2018. Downloaded the tickets only to realized on the gate that the tickets were already scanned meaning, somebody have already used it. Luckily, ticketmaster helped me by un-scanning the ticket to get entry. Upon finding my seats, they were already occupied and we're shown identical tickets as i have. The tickets i had was sold twice..

Bought 3 tickets to see Foreigner. Paid an outrageous $361.71. I would have paid $210 with taxes and fees through Ticketmaster. Tried to get out of it less than an hour after purchase when I realized my mistake and was told too bad. Never again will I work with this company and neither should you. You're better off with Stub Hub or Ticketmaster.

COMPLETE RIP OFF!

My wife surprised me with tickets to UFC for my birthday. She paid $600 for 2 seats only to find out Day before event when we printed tickets of their face value was $95! She called to discuss and was told should've read the fine print, which is true but incredibly ignorant!

Buying tickets to a local Canadian hockey game from a us site who charges me $55 usd a ticket service fee.
We as Canadians must be stupid to have allowed this criminal activity to take place.
It sickens me. This is one reason why I dont go to these venues very often.

Service fee unbelieveable

Not worthy of selling tickets to major events - really wish I had read reviews first. Looking forward to event and picked high priced seats... I just didn't realized how high the price was. It's sad actually that there is not feeling of guilt.

Highway Robbery

The service fee that was relayed to us was less than $10 a ticket. The total for our two tickets on stubhub was $260 and our credit card was charged $345. Absolutely ridiculous. It should be mandatory to relay your service fees up front. This company can go screw themselves. You are lured in by a lower per seat price but then you get charged for service fees out the $#*! and can't even back out of your purchase.

My wife ordered three tickets to the Nutcracker in Boston and asked me to print the receipt. I noticed the service fee was $50.66 for each ticker. Are you kidding? These ticket websites are ridiculous and should be shut down. Total rip-off.

A bit frustrating

Tickets are expensive with the service fees they charge on top of a delivery fee when all you are doing is printing an e ticket any way. Can not immediately print your tickets. I did like that I was able to purchase tickets before they went on pre sale through this app but as of right now I still do not have my tickets available to print. Still hoping this is legit.

I ordered two tickets through Tickets. Expert for Taylor Swift in Arlington Texas in October 2017, and was told they will deliver the electronic ticket by 10/4, but they didn't. I spent the whole morning today trying to contact them to get the status, they put me on hold for about an hour and cut me off, call them again but no one pick up my call.
Sent them email and they reply i have been already serviced.

good priced seats

the seats i ordered were right in my price range which im happy about. the service charge is way too much. i expected it to be under $20 it was almost $50 per ticket. Not happy about that. I was going to not order tickets from here so i stopped before i placed the order, then a few minutes later i received a 15% off promo code. That covered 90% of the service fee for 1 ticket. That helped and convinced me to end up buying the tickets
