Buying ACT theater tickets in San Francisco, this is the site that popped up first on a web search. They would have charged $240 a ticket instead of the theater which charged $144.
Please stay away from these fraudsters.

Due to COVID, MLB cancelled baseball games. Ticket Center refuses to give money back. They sent an email stating they were changing the policy and only issuing coupons. Shady business. I will never use them again.
Was charged over $300 for 4 baseball game tickets when they sell for $14 each. Totally my mistake for purchasing them from Tickets-Center, it will never happen again. Seems like we all learned our lesson here.

Bought tickets thinking it's direct buy. Turned out got tickets under someone's name and overpaid over double what they were paid for! Nowhere on the website at the time of booking was that mentioned!
Awful experience with this company, they refunded 23$ out of 220$. I tried using my bank to handle it but it was not successful. I will never use their services again. Always try to avoid third party ticket sellers if possible.
I recently used the platform to purchase tickets. The event was rescheduled and even that it was announced that fans were allowed to get a refund, they don't give refunds at all, that's their policy which it was probably hidden in the invisible font-size used. In addition, I had difficulty to get any information except that they don't have any regarding the seating arrangements. Those are very basic informations about the purchase. Avoid at all cost to use this platform
Sold tickets they did not have at six times the selling price. No refunds. No contact. You can't speak to anyone. They violate California state law in their transactions and have an extremely low Better Business Bureau rating. Avoid at all costs. Digital ticket scalpers
Bought 2 tickets to Algeria (Cirque De Soleil). Show was canceled due to the cast falling ill. It seems receiving a refund is impossible! Can't speak to an actual person. All customer service has been outsourced. I refuse to be out of $400 dollars but this company of no integrity is NOT making it easy!
Wish i could give a negative star, these are scam artist, search came up first, customer service is rude they hung up on me, i made the mistake of not reading fully and the fine prints, paid $300 plus more, but i blame myself, never again will use these scammers!
Tried to deal with them to swap tickets for an event that I inadvertently hit the wrong date.
Called them literally with-in minutes. Should have been an Easy swap. They were rude, cocky and arrogant. Even on chat a day later their rep insinuated I was "fraudulent". They wont change anything once the order is placed, and they seem to enjoy that there's nothing you can do about it.

Do not buy tickets through Ticket-Center! There customer service is a night mare! You will never talk to a person until the day of your event and even then they are no help when your email states ‘link not found' Rip off scam artist is what they are! I am giving them Zero stars!
Masquerading as something alike Ticket-Master, I agreed to a ticket purchase of $262, my card was charged for $356, almost $100 more than the checkout price I agreed to. When I emailed them about this massive gap I was told there's a line in their terms of service where "face value of tickets may differ from real price", what kind of condition is that? You charge the customer the price both agreed to. You can't ask someone to pay $20 for a t-shirt, agree to it, then charge them $30, that is ludicrous. If it was some sort of price conversion from CAD to USD they do not mention it on the site, in the checkout, or in the follow up email, the only way to see the real price charged is the charge on my card. Do not buy your tickets from them, go literally anywhere else, I know I will be.
Paid $267 for two $40 tickets. The event required foreign travel and lodging. Ticket-Center was completely unresponsive to 3 e-mails and multiple phone calls (they have a 800 number that they never answer). I disputed the credit card charge. Less than 24 hours before the event, e-mailed tickets arrived. I did not use them. While ticket-center made no effort to respond to me before the event, they are sparing no expense to dispute the credit card denial. Save yourself some aggravation. This company is likely a bunch of high school dropouts operating out of their mother's basement. Stick with the professional ticket vendors.
I mistakenly thought I was on the venues website and paid 3X the price the venue would have charged. When I immediately contacted customer service upon realizing my mistake- it was like talking to a brick wall, telling me about their policies and how I could sell the tickets myself, which of course I can't because they are so overpriced. $543.50 for tickets that would have been as low as $39 from the venue! Credit card company was no help in the end. After now reading other reviews, I don't know if I even have legitimate tickets purchased. I am so angry at them (and myself) for being duped.
Don't be fooled by this sham that is always first when you search a theater. They have tickets owned by others and then sell them to unsuspecting buyers for three times the price and by the time you realize you've been taken you're already screwed! They represent themselves as the theater and try downloading these tickets. BEWARE of this scam company. Not the theater or ticket master. Just a rip off joke who have stolen money from at least three people I know!
This is a very expensive and bad experience. Why are the tickets not transferred immediately? They won't be delivered until the day of the show. Unacceptable.
And everything cost twice what it should. Outrageous fees and the base ticket price was jacked. Very very disappointing.
Realized afterwards once the electronic delivery was not immediate that it was a secondary market site. Very deceptive.
Terrible experience with this company. Firstly - it is very poorly labelled on their website that the funds are in USD. That was no present on any of the finalized documentation. Secondly, I ordered tickets for Saturday and was sent tickets for a Friday. I called their customer service and they just said they can't do anything to help. No refund, no apology, can't move the dates.
I strongly recommend finding another provider as its very clear this company only cares about making as much money as possible and not servicing its clients at all.
I will not be using these services again and have been told my only option is to resell the tickets myself even though I called in within minutes of placing the order.

Took me from the venue website unknowingly. Crazy high priced. Didn't realize I was on another site. Was supposed to get my electronic tickets two days before event and never did. Called and emailed. Got two different answers. Disputing the credit card charge. This website is fraudulent.
I wish I read these reviews before my purchase. My tickets have $22 printed on them I paid $98 per ticket. No refund. Customer service is horrible. Lots of fine print. NEVER. EVER. EVER. Will I use this company again! And I'll be sure to share my thoughts all over social media!
Buyer beware, this company is a rip off. Bought two tickets to a game and they charged twice. Their computer voice customer service said it was user error on my part so they are not responsible. They have no actual people you can talk to about the problem. Judging by the thousands of bad reviews how can they still be in business? The better business bureau needs to step in.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
