Buyers Beware of this Scammer
Today my daughter ordered tickets to an event. She immediately discovered that you are a scammer and called within 5 minutes to cancel and you would not cancel the order. We paid over 4x the actual price for tickets and now I see from BBB reviews that many people don't even receive the overpriced tickets.

I've started a tradition of going to an Iowa Hawkeye football every year with my fiance, my sister and her fiance and it was my turn to order the tickets this year.
I will never use this site to purchase tickets again. I thought I was logging in to the venue site because of the way the site looked. The entire process was deceiving. A pop up came up several times telling me I had to hurry or I was going to lose my seats. I was so rushed and didn't have time to truly think and explore what I was doing I was trying to hurry and I purchased tickets that were more than 3 times face value. I immediately called the company. They refused a refund or any other help. It was literally minutes into the process. Exceptions for customer service could have been made and they were totally uncaring and unhelpful. They prey on the nativity of innocent people.
So very disappointing.
This system is so screwed up! I've spent the entire morning trying to get the tickets I paid $450 for. No chat, no one to reach by phone. Will never use this garage unfriendly system again. Still no help!
