Please help 5 stars for order and website I don't have computer had to forward to friend who is printing tickets. Waiting for additional ticket.

Bought tickets three weeks ago and never received email confirmation or the tickets. When I called to get a resolution they hung up on me.

Never got my tickets. Bought them in January 2022 and didn't get to go to the concert. Out $500+ Reporting them to the BBB
Would be better if map showed general area of seats but otherwise not bad. Purchase process was very simple. Like the email transfer of tickets.
We had a large group trying to purchase tickets together for a concert. The tickets were priced higher than they were supposed to be (you could go back and find cheaper seats right beside where we had purchased). When I called in an attempt to shuffle our group to at least have us sitting together they said to resell the tickets ourselves. No refunds or exchanges even though the tickets were literally just purchased (I understand policies, but the customer service here is in the negative). Leaves it all to you…which is a lot of extra work when you're just trying to find a safe and efficient way to get tickets for a concert. Avoid Ticket Center!
My hubby has wanted to see blue man group for a while. I was happy I was able to get him tickets. Easy to use.
They sell tickets they dont own for way over the value. My wife didn't realize it until it was done and when we tried to reverse the transaction the customer support rep, Eve was horrific. Rude, interrupting, not listening, and not an ounce of empathy or sympathy for our situation. I would never use this service again in the absence of a written apology from her and the company. Worst customer service I have ever received.
