I have not received an email with my tickets yet and the musical is in 2 days! The email they sent asking if I had gotten them yet had no way to respond either.
I had no trouble logging in and obtaining my tickets through this service. I'm looking forward to attending my first Milkmen game with my wife. Hopefully, the game will be as enjoyable as this process.
Was easy to order tickets. We'll see how easy it is to get the in email to download load. I don't mind trying this app again
I looked for metropolitan opera tickets and got to the ticket-center site without realizing it. I then bought a ticket for $300. After the purchase, I realized I was not on the Metropolitan Opera site (my fault). I then went to the Metropolitan Opera site and saw that the value of the ticket was only $110...
There was no shortage of tickets on the site... so the mark up of 200% was not justified!
I called them back but they did not help.
I will never use this company again.
It was user friendly & very easy to use. I will use it again & refer it a friend. Much better than hard tickets.

Everything has been very easy, I will definitely use the service again. I found the site was easy to navigate and see the seats tap on the different colors they were available and see the prices and I'm thankful that I got the tickets that I wanted and I hope I can figure it out from here

This site was very easy to use, the process was quick, the promotional options were great. This is the first site I've ever actually accepted the offers. I'll definitely use this site again if available.
I paid the higher price for reserved tickets and got the cheapest worst seats. I paid over 300$ for tickets I could have bought myself for 16$. They refused to refund me despite their website guarantees you will receive the quality or level of tickets you ordered. I was told it gets released to their seller and there is nothing they can do! But it's their website that guarantees a level of tickets. Terrible, it's fraud, scalping and theft, should be against the law. Don't buy through them!
I am not 100% if this website is legit, but I got my tickets the day of purchase so I think that is very good.
