Horrible and terrible website. They never inform customers any updates for their tickets either via emails or phones. But they will say they did when u call them. Scam website. Anyone should better not use this website.
I bought tickets on the Honda Center website, thinking I was buying form the box office there and somehow ended up with tickets from Ticket-Center. The tickets were for the now twice "rescheduled" James Taylor concert.
I asked for a refund because I will no longer be living in California at that time and they refused.
They suggest I figure out how to sell them to a reseller, surely at a loss.
Total crap.
I experienced extremely poor customer service. I will never use this site again. Tickets were not sent as promised. When calling customer service, spoke with 2 separate advisers... neither had a clue.
I wanted to purchase tickets to the Seattle Ballet Nutcracker and Tickets Center ad was very misleading. I bought insurance thank goodness. They make it hard to contact them, resell tickets, refund. Don't use this company
I wanted to buy 4 tickets to LA Rugby 7's for my son's birthday. My purchase was NOT last minute (2 weeks ahead of time) and I was only looking for general admission tickets. The mistake I made was that I was in a hurry. The tickets were listed at $125 each and I mistakenly thought $125 was normal. They charged a $35 "service fee" so my total purchase price was $640 before tax for 1 day.
I called to get a refund, but all sales are final.

I am still disputing a purchase made by my 8 year old daughter for tickets that I never received. Never call center representative refuse to transfer me to supervisor stating there is nobody that takes phone calls. This is a horrible situation to be in and they make no effort to help. I would give a zero star if I could.
Purchased, and paid for, 3 sets for Les Miserables in November of 2022. Now, over six months later I have nothing. More so, in calling they have no information. They do not own the tickets they sold to me, even 6 months later. Go to Ticketmaster or SeatGeek. This is a fraud.
They will not refund you even if you mistakenly order your tickets through them and they also sell tickets that are three times face value when you can still purchase tickets elsewhere for a reasonable price.
It pays to shop around. I was excited to get these tickets because I knew they would sell fast. So I acted hastily and and bought these tickets way above face value. It's my own fault but when you look at another site and see that you significantly overpaid, it's a kick in the chic-lets.
Scam site... you may get you Tickets but the prices are unbelievably inflated, and the cancellation process is practically none existent... Some how this organization has managed to come up as a first choice and appears to be the legitimate way to purchase Tickets for Keenland... they are not... this place is a complete rip off... wish I could give it less than one star
I mistakenly thought these tickets would be cheaper compared to the actual venue tickets. I made the poor decision to buy tickets off of them, and paid 4 times what the cost actually was if I had purchased through the website. Shame on me, but more shame on a company that will so easily, and with so little integrity rip people off. If you want to save money, do not use this company.
A perfect scam! They pretend they can not cancel your tickets and get you a refund since we agreed on their terms and service (that we have never see) by checking the box and that their agents worked hard to process my order and get it secured! What an excuse. Not to mention their prices are 3 times higher. If you want to save your time and money do not ever deal with these guys.
They did not give me information on where, how, or when to pickup my will call tickets. You have to figure that out yourself.
When I got my tickets, I noticed the price on them was only $73/piece (I bought 4). This website charged me over $696.00 for the 4 tickets I bought that are sold for $73.

I bought tickets and wanted close by parking because I have bad knees and can't walk very far. The cost of the parking was so high I assumed it would be very close to the venue, but of course they don't tell you exactly where the parking is until after you pay. After confirmation I learned the parking was nearly a mile away. Downtown Seattle for a late night event near one of the worst spots in the city is not what I was after.
Impossible to reach a live body I ended up spending over an hour trying to work with customer disservice via chat to be told that there was a disclaimer stating that it was not venue parking. I explained the situation and my walking difficulties. The agent just said all sales final and terminated the session.
No attempt at all to resolve the matter.
Never again. I felt robbed and abused. I reported them to BBB. First time I've ever reported a company to BBB.
This site is not like other ticket sites in which when the seller puts the ticket(s) up for sale, the site has ownership. So when tickets are purchased the purchaser receives the tickets instantly.
I purchased tickets to Lion King in Madison, WI 5 days before the show. Received an email stating tickets would be in our inbox by 5/18. The day of the show, no tickets. Called four times and was told they were waiting on the broker to release the tickets. Finally an hour and a half before the show we finally received the tickets. A good thing we didn't drive from out of town as I had very little confidence we were going to get the tickets. Not worth the stress.
Also very overpriced as per most ticket sites. I don't remember how I was directed to this site, but for what we paid for balcony tickets, we could have gotten floor seats.
The site makes it look like there are only a few tickets remaining and doesn't show what seats; only shows what row tickets will be in.
I received two in invalid tickets. These tickets are already assigned to someone. When I looked up tickets they also have obstructive views
Which was not reported prior to sale. I asked for a refund and they told me to resell them or to gift them. I can't even access tickets. My apple wallet says pass is invalid and they are disabled.
Do NOT buy tickets from tickets-center.com. They jack up the price to more than double going through the actual venue. Even during the pandemic when the concert date was changed, they will not refund any part of that price. Once you purchase at their inflated rates, you will NOT be able to get your money back or any portion of it for any reason, including a world wide all out pandemic. They should be out of business!
I still have not received my tickets to Puddle of Mudd this Saturday Jan 26 at Ace of Spades. Is this some sort of scam? Why did I not receive them at time of purchase or a few days after if mailed? I am going to dispute this purchase with my credit card company if I don't have the tickets by tomorrow. They were triple the price and have nothing to show for it over a month later? What a joke! Should have stuck with Stub Hub!
Do not do business with this company. The concert for which I bought tickets was canceled and rescheduled to a date that I could not make. The site said refunds were available, but Tickets-center.com said no; they don't do refunds. Too bad. When you call, you get some guy in the Philippines who just reads the party line, "no law says we have to offer refunds, even if the site says they are available." They are thieves and scoundrels!
Haven't been to a Drillers game in awhile, so purchasing tix online was a first. Thought I was in the Drillers ticketing sight, but was really in some site called tickets-center. (second market sight) Anyway I paid $38 and a $10 per ticket handling fee for 4 tickets! Total of almost $200.00! If I paid better attention I could have had better tickets for $14 each on Drillers site. No one to blame but myself, I'll know next time.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
