This was a horrible experience. They overcharged us for the tickets by a lot and then the tickets had to be transferred from someone. The person did not transfer all the tickets and instead sent us duplicates of some. When we called them we were told there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend them to anyone!
This company paid extra to google to get their name first. You don't get your ticket as soon as you pay for it. They give you the run around and tell you the tickets will be released and to download axs app. I purchased tickets through axs app for the same concert, they transferred immediately. Do not trust them, there customer service is overseas and out to take your money! Stay away. I wish there was a way to get them shut down.
I'm not sure how two tickets priced at $35 each for general admission tickets cost a total of $369.50. But they got me! I thought I was buying tickets for a concert with good seating just to see that the tickets I purchased and downloaded were tickets purchased by someone else, different credit card number, and $35 general admission "standing room only!" They will NEVER get another dime from me and I hope this business fails like a fast death!
This site is a rip off and think they are smarter than the ticket purchasing induvial.
Fight any charges they make on your account. We got our Banks Fraud department, and they got our refund. They also are on this like hot on ice. They have contacted federal officials to get their scam shut down. I hope they fry the crooks behind the keypad no matter what country they may be in. They are coming for your guys 20 deep.
We had a large group trying to purchase tickets together for a concert. The tickets were priced higher than they were supposed to be (you could go back and find cheaper seats right beside where we had purchased). When I called in an attempt to shuffle our group to at least have us sitting together they said to resell the tickets ourselves. No refunds or exchanges even though the tickets were literally just purchased (I understand policies, but the customer service here is in the negative). Leaves it all to you…which is a lot of extra work when you're just trying to find a safe and efficient way to get tickets for a concert. Avoid Ticket Center!
Out of nowhere i received an email saying my order was cancelled. When i tried to call to see what happened, they just told me there was a problem with the billing information and they had to cancel everything. The only option they gave me is buying completely new tickets which cost 340$ instead of 150 (what we paid). Next time why you don't let us know if there is a problem with the order, instead of cancelling it and charging us the double paid. Would never recommend this website or the customer service i received.
When I realized that I had been charged in US Dollars (instead of Canadian), less than 24 hours after purchasing my (very expensive) tickets, I contacted the company for a refund. I was told they never refund! It is part of their terms and conditions. I had not yet received my tickets, but that made no difference.
When I googled the venue to review tickets, this site came up first. I feel they are very misleading and a scam! Proceed with caution.
We were scammed by this company - the site replicated the ticket vendor for a small venue. We paid $400 for two $59 tickets. It took them 2 months to send the tickets (outside of the normal dispute time frame). AND, they sent tickets for a different section! They will not refund. I asked for their email, they gave me an address that bounced back. They will not provide a physical address. The people you speak with are overseas (I am in the US). We will fight this to the end, if it happened to us, it is happen to so many others including older folks. Their website now knows my location and is showing tickets for hundreds of local events. Report this company to every gov agency you can think of! There is a Facebook page dedicated to these scammers, almost 9,000 complaints on BBB and it does not show all of them. Report report report! Call your state's attorney general! The FTC!
This company's website did not make it clear on the ticket-purchasing page that tickets are non-refundable. Don't buy your ticket through them! If you cannot make the event for whatever reason, you cannot cancel the ticket and get a refund.
For $40 worth of tickets I payed $150. I only knew about the actual price when I had them printed at the time of the event. No refund policy. Incredibly bad customer service. Will never use this website again. Also warning to others do not use.
I purchased a pair of "reserved lawn" seats for an outdoor concert for $197.00. The seating chart showed a reserved lawn seating section with assigned seats. I later learned from Ticketmaster, who at least confirmed I had two general admission tickets, that there is no reserved lawn seating at the venue. It's paid seating or general admission, which was $36.00 each.
Was buying tickets for a state wrestling competition and couldn't believe they cost 100 dollars each per day. I would've spent nearly 600 dollars but decided to see if I could buy directly from the event center. They were 35 dollars for both days. Almost got ripped off, don't buy tickets from here.
Very very disappointed that this company does not give refunds when the baseball season is basically cancelled for fans. This selfish greedy behavior is totally unacceptable. And now as of today their solution is a credit. I have explained to them several times that I do not live in Cincinnati, and I was only going to this game because we would be on vacation. A credit does me no good.
We paid for tickets 6 weeks in advance. Two hours before the event we were ask to contact Ticket Center who told us the seller has not provided the tickets. We had traveled 120 miles to attend this event. All Ticket Center offered us was a refund. I will never use this service again.
Horrible site, a useless middle man in the ticket buying process. Zero chance for refund, even when I assured them I was planning to buy MORE TICKETS. Wont allow you to see seat numbers of tickets until day before event. Customer service is outsourced and wildly incompetent. Genuinely the worst company I've ever tried to deal with.
I purchased tickets for event and paid double. Tickets did not work with my child looking upset bought new tickets. Box office said I was the fourth person with this issue, when I called customer service was told I cannot get a refund.
They prey on senior citizens paying Google to have their ads listed only for seniors a certain age and above where they sell tickets that are widely available on Ticketmaster for 3x what it would cost. They word their ad that you believe you are going to the venue site. This is fraudulent in every way and we plan to report them to the state attorney general.
Horrible customer service, horrible return policies. Do not buy tickets through this venue. I spent such a long time on the phone with them and explained a situation where I was not aware that someone in my household had purchased these tickets and they refused to work with me.
I rarely to to events, so when my friend and I decided to see Jesus Christ Superstar in Duluth, I googled the venue and tickets. I ended up on TicketsCenter not realizing they are a reseller. Tickets were expensive, but again, since this is something I don't commonly do, I surprised, but not suspicious. With a ticket price of $129 and service fees that added another $50.this is an expensive night for me. About an hour after purchasing, I was talking to another interested friend and they had just seen the same tickets on TicketMaster for $40. I called TicketsCenter to cancel and the rep (after checking with the "back office") told me that my best option was to re-list the tickets with them so they could try to sell them again (no guarantees). No chance for a straight up refund. I'll be much more careful next time.
Stay away from this company. They overcharged me for 3 tickets and wouldn't refund me my money when I requested that they do so. They just said sell the tickets yourself. If you dispute the charges with your credit card company, that will take months. They claim to have thousands of 5 star review but they failed to mentions all the bad ones.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
