I really enjoy shopping with thred up but was disappointed when I sent in my items to sell. I sent in a huge bag of items and almost all or all were purchased and I got 25 dollars, I felt cheated. I will shop here but won't be sending in my items anymore. I am better off taking items to a walk in consignment shop or selling on eBay.

Thredup has a great selection of clothes at reasonable prices (for the clothes being gently warn). Shipping take a while and returns seem to take a while too. If they could improve the turn around time I would give it five stars.
I love the shirt and pants I got--such a great price! I had to return one shirt--too small, but Thredup made the return easy as pie! I will be back to buy more!

I have bought clothes for myself and clothes for my daughters. Everything we purchased was in great shape and looked great. I got the girls quite a few NWT items that I was super thrilled about. I've also earned credit by cleaning out my own closet. The process is simple and easy and I was pleased with what they offered me for my clothes. We will continue to do business with thredUp.

This isn't the first time I made a purchase from ThredUp and I have always been very satisfied and never had any issues or problems. It is a great shopping experience and everything always comes packed beautifully.
I loves the styles and the price in some case. Some clothes are bran new or looks fair new. Before going to the retail and paying full price or 25% of retail price. I come on this website to see if I can found similar styles for about 75%of the retail price. You still look stylish and current without spending lot of money. I wish shipment wouldn't take so long from from the West Coast. Overall, I do like this website and recommend this site too several of my friends.
I have recently made three purchases from thredup in the past two months and everything has came in perfect condition! I love using there website since it is easy to use and it has great clothes!
Need to send back a pair of pants that unfortunately did not fit. I forgot my password and could not find anywhere on the site to contact someone or anything to help me retrieve my password. Could not sign into my account to get what I needed to return my pants ( needed to print label and could not do that on my home computer) Finally after much finageling I was able to print out one sheet. Customer service site?
I have ordered several items from thredup and have found all descriptions to be accurate. My only negative feedback is (understandably) items will remain in your cart for a limited time. They do a great job of emailing you to let you know your cart will be expiring, however when I am in their app, searching for additional products, no notice pops up and your items are removed. I missed out on a shirt because of this. I would have purchased them but i wanted to make sure there werent additional items since I qualified for free shipping. Items arrive quickly and very nicely packaged!
This was the second time I ordered from ThredUp and both of my experiences have been very good. The packages arrived on time and the contents were in good shape. The only thing I noticed was that a blazer I bought had a little stain on it and I didn't know that, but you can't see it. I highly recommend this site if you want to get rid of some clothes and love online shopping!
I had bought a few times from them and finally decided to sell to them. I sent a huge bag of items in. Over a month later I found out they accepted 4 items and I got about $4 in credit. They don't tell you that they only give you 10% of what they make off your item. Their business model is extremely profitable because of their lack of transparency.
The clothing was just as the picture shows and the quality was exceptional! Very satisfied with the products :)
