NEVER KNOWN ANY COMPANY NOT TO HONOUR CONTRACT OF SALE AGREEMENT REGARDING FAULTY GOODS. ALSO LIE ABOUT SENDING EMAILS. ATROCIOUS ATTITUDE, THE LIKE OF WHICH I HAVE NEVER KNOWN WITH ANY COMPANY BEFORE, (AND i`VE DEALT WITH HUNDREDS!). AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Can't get my money back! I ordered two cushion covers in the sale online (£48) on 4th September. Over a week later and no delivery, no email update. So I call the contact centre. I'm told the item is OUT OF STOCK! It's sale so they won't be getting anymore - so why the hell haven't they informed me and processed a refund? I request a refund on 12th Sept. I'm told it can take up to 5 working days for refund to go back on original card that I made purchase with. 5 working days later - no money. I call again and told refund is showing as processed, they will escalate to refund team. Next day, (6 working days later) still no refund and no comms from WC. I call again, left on hold for 10 minutes! Call handler comes back, apologises and says she doesn't know what's going on and will escalate it! Seriously what is going on with The White Company? So many bad reviews about similar issues, taking weeks to deliver items and blaming warehouse changes. This was the excuse back in January aswell when I last bought something from them - exactly how long does it take to move warehouses? Or is this just the worse excuse in the lack of accountability play book. I really like their products but their customer service sucks! Never again! Congrats on losing yet another customer! Bravo! P.s I'm now escalating to trading standards.
I made an online order which months after the items were due, they just cancelled, and then failed to speak to me. DO NOT use their online service. Don't expect any care or customer service. They are a bunch of charlatans who should be ashamed of themselves
I purchased an expensive coat and immediately returned the item because it did not fit. It has been over 30 days and I still have not received payment. Several message using their contact form have gone unanswered. A direct email to the Founder was rejected and returned. A direct phone call to customer service was unanswered. Do not shop with the company!
I spent over €400 Do NOT order from overseas
Zero customer service. I spent over €400 on an order from Spain. Tracking information showed the order stuck in Customs. I repeatedly contacted the White Company for guidance and help. This was very time consuming. Each time they promised to get back to me and yet this NEVER happened. Many weeks later I called again to be told they had authorised a refund (without communicating with me). No refund received - no goods received - no communication with customer service. Utterly appalling.
Ordered item as a present …. Assured it would arrive in time as recipient due to leave country … no further communication despite being promised e mail and follow up. Finally told by royal mail that delivery took place 4 days late and parcel just dumped in doorstep - hold out no hope for refund or further assistance 🤦🏼
I bought two items one of which was reduced in the sale form the store. The white pyjamas would have been originally priced at £80 but in the sale £56 and not worth it. I hand washed them and yet there are loose threads on the arm. The jumper not cheap at £110 which I hand washed shrank and then I looked at the label saw 47 Acrylic, 38% Viscose, 10% Nylon and wait for it, 5% Cashmere. Not even sure a forensics team would detect it. Why bother? Well it's good advertising. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt so I'm hoping for a refund in vouchers. I have little faith in this company big prices rotten quality.

I returned two items from my first purchase ever on this site, same time, same box. Their response was to acknowledge one item so I had to write again. Then they responded that, Oh Yes, we did get two items. I waited and waited for the refund. When it didn't come, I started to attempt contact. Their phone number doesn't work, and so I got into multiple chats - time consuming chats. FINALLY i was told the refund appears on the ORDER date, which was a few weeks before they even received the return. Huh? Once I dug through my old transactions, sure enough there it was almost a month earlier. Why they do this, I'm not sure.
The garments were cute enough, but way overpriced. A sweater that has about the quality of a Target item was exorbitantly priced. I will steer clear of this company in the future.
We have been waiting over a year to return an item but they wont send over customs forms as requested by the post office because there label doesn't cover fees.
I have used this product for sometime and have always loved the way the fragrance would sent my rooms.However the new style of bottle isn't working.I have to walk up to the bottle before I can smell the fragrance. I'm disappointed and unfortunately won't be purchasing again. Love the brand and the georgus products

Ordered linens in July. Nothing recd by mid August so I called Customer service. After 3-4 contacts with them i am told that my order had been mistakenly cancelled and I should call London and reorder. Again, after going back and forth with them 3-4 times, i declined to replace the order. BUT then, 2.5 months later, I get an emailed stating that DHL is delivering a package from them! Declined the DHL delivery per their instructions, sent them the DHL verification that the order was returned, I am told the order would be refunded in 72 hours BUT a week later - no refund and no communication from them. Needless to say, I have contested the charge with my credit card company, My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE from THE WHITE COMPANY. What a disaster! I ended ordering from "PushpLinen" — beautiful duvets, at great prices, and great customer service!
Very cropped a lot of material around the crotch area not very flattering at all. I think White company should also pay for returns
I recently bought a duvet set and discovered a hole. Customer services has been awful and now they completely ignore my emails. Still hasn't been resolved. Really unhappy with the treatment. And will no longer be buying any of there products.
I had the same experience as the person who just wrote a negative review. I purchased 3 sets of pillows from the White Company 3 weeks ago and I have been chasing and chasing for them to pick up the merchandise. I have had to stay home multiple days because DPD just never picks up the merchandise and I have to chase the White Company to ask where they are - and explain that I have to go to work and cannot stay home all day waiting for the courier, and they keep saying they'll look into it and email me back. I never hear back, and the cycle continues - I then call again and they "rebook" the courier, who never shows up. I have a flat in London and explain that I do not have the space for the boxes, and I would like to be refunded - and therefore get the charge off my credit card. Despite how inconvenience I have been, the White Company has offered nothing other than to keep rebooking the courier. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend anyone to take your business elsewhere! There are plenty of great companies out there who treat their customers with much better care and service.

They violate their own terms and conditions by adding an extra charge for EU customers that they do not disclose. They tell you they will charge VAT and then refund it, then they tell you it wasn't VAT but rather a "price consistency" adjustment and therefore cannot be refunded. I have complained to Trade Standards.
Ordered an item and was charged for it immediately. When it didn't arrive weka later I emailed, it said I should get a reply. Within 24 hours, it didn't happen. Called and was told the phone lines were busier than usual so requested a call back; didn't get one. Spent the best part of an afternoon hanging on the phone. Eventually got through to be told it was out of stock and was unlikely to be back in soon. Asked for a refund, got put through to another department, held on for 20 minutes and they cut me off. What dreadful service! Used to be a great company, what has happened to them?! Will not use again sadly.
