Wanted to change the color of my camera that I just ordered, and they did it so gladly! Without any fee or questions! Ordered already a few cameras from them and was always very happy with the item and service!
I spent just under $700 on a camera. I emailed them after i purchased to confirm that it was NEW and they assured me that it was. The camera i received was clearly Used so i emailed them and began the return and refund process. It took 15 days for them to receive the camera because of their business hours and then they tried to short me 20% of my refund because "Customer was refunded less 20% as he returned his parcel in completely abused condition." I had to call to dispute this nonsense to get my full refund. I am not the type to write bad reviews, i know stuff happens. But this entire process has been a nightmare. I would stay away
Horrible liars. I purchased a brand new Canon camera high end, I paid full retail price for it. What is shipped was a used camera, missing Manuel missing other components. This is clearly are use the camera, the box was not even sealed, and you can see fingerprints.

I purchased a Cannon 80 D package from Teds as a novice in photography. After some class time and further experimentation I realized all of the Package items were basically junk making it look good. If you are buying a camera body and the most basic lenses and the price seems good then buy it. If you think your getting a great deal because of the other stuff added to it. I'd recommend you keep shopping.
I bought a Babyliss straightener through Walmart from Ted's Electronics. I was very skeptical about purchasing when I saw nothing but bad reviews on the products they sell. My product was delivered with no problems and my straightener works amazingly also got a great deal on the price. Retail for the straightener runs $180. I paid before taxes $130 plus free shipping and came with prima 2000 for free. The diminutive version of the prima 3000. So thanks Ted's Electronics.
I bought a Sony camcorder that turned out to be the International version instead of one meant for the US market. No mention of that in the ad, whereas other reputable sellers clearly state that. In their defense, they did offer a full refund. But to avoid the inconvenience, they should have mentioned it in their ad.
After much deliberation, I finally decided on a Nikon camera, which I then purchased in good faith. Much to my disappointment, when the camera arrived it was the 2015 version. It is now 2019! Yes, it was new, but really? It is always my expectation that you are purchasing the latest version of the product. Is this an unreasonable expectation? I don't think so.
I will purchase from local store from now on. At least I'll know what I am buying.
The general public do a fraud, but without scamming, i got my order right now so i'm very glad with your provider because of this superb transport. I advocate you all to retain the first rate carrier.
Ordered a blow dryer set from Walmart, never knew it was 3rd party until I tried to get a refund{never opened the box}. Very unprofessional staff and also being told different things from different reps, just to get me off the phone. One lady said she see that it was delivered last week, I said yes so where is my refund. She said it will be processed tomorrow... called today and another rep said I don't see that we received it. I told her it shows delivered last week on the USPS website. I gave up communicating with incompetent people. I filed a complaint with my bank and with the BBB.
I had some misunderstandings with my camera. Lisa handled my issue with care right away. Need to give credit where credit is due, Lisa you're the greatest, Thank you! Will order from this store again if ever get a chance.
The company owners are scam artists. I ordered a used lens from them, which arrived damaged, and forgot to send back the case it came in when I returned it.
Because of a missing used cover (purchasable new for 50.00) they charged me 347.50. A 20% restocking fee, i immediately contacted the seller and was told in writing that as soon as they received the case they would process the refund. I shipped it out within 24 hours, they received it 4 days ago at this point and have been ignoring my emails since.
Mind you this was all for a USED lens and seller has yet to respond
I placed an order with Teds and changed my mind upon delivery. TEDS service was super at easily accepting return and even paid return shipping. Was very impressed with Bella's service, she was courteous and very helpful.
Brenda also helped me choose another camera which suited my needs. With her knowledge and expertise i now settled on the right item. Very impressive service, i'd rate them 100%! Thank You.

Very pleased with Ted's Electronics services and the camera and bundle package I ordered and received from them. Though there was a minor glitch in that one item was missing in the original shipment, their customer service took care of this instantly and I received the item in less than a week.

Spent almost $500 for a camera. They shipped me a damaged camera. They had me send it back and told me I'd get a new one. They sent me back the SAME damaged camera!
They want me to pay another $15 in shipping cost! Their customer service is a total joke!
The customer service reps. Were very understanding as a mistake was made when ordering(on my part)but the same day I received pig I emailed my concerns and in minutes I had an answer and what item I needed to solve the problem.
Bought a Nikon lens, filter, lens hood, soft case, and lens cleaning cloth from Ted's on eBay. Missing lens hood, soft case, and lens cleaning cloth. Could not give a negative or neutral review, blocked. Told by customer service to check package again for missing items. Beware
