3rd party seller of Rakuten.com. It had cheapest price. I purchased based on reputation of Rakuten.com.

They had the best price for the camera they advertised. But when it came it was advertised as new, but came in the wrong box, with the charger and battery already opened and clearly this had been a return by someone previously who had tried it out. They misrepresented it on eBay as "new" in violation of eBay's standards, and then when they FINALLY sent a return label - they deducted for overnight shipping back to them from my refund - which I'm still fighting with PayPal and eBay - in spite of my photographic documentation to eBay and to Ted's, they still insisted it was a "new" camera! NEVER AGAIN

There outstanding customer service, both prior and after purchase!

It was $5 cheaper and had Free Shipping. I sure regret it now.
