However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! I am putting a little shop together and searched for good quality High Bay LED lighting that I could afford. So many of the places to buy LED lighting were way out of my price range. Then I found Lightup.com and I was able to buy what I needed within my budget. I as worried I was sacrificing quality for affordability but I have been very happy with the lights I have purchase from LIghtup. I will definitely come back again.

I have two very old Japanese figurine lamps. My parents got them in 1949 and they were passed to me My pagoda shades are in bad shape from years of packing/moving—general wear and tear over 53 years. I was glad I could find so many styles to choose from here!
But when I received the shades one was damaged I contacted on a chat line and had an immediate response. A new shade was sent. Customer service is always a big deal with me.

I ordered a roll top desk. They sent some stain samples which helped. When desk arrived I am very happy with the stain. Desk was made after I ordered it, they don't have a hundred of them in a warehouse. Was well worth the wait. Top quality wood and craftsmanship, will last for generations. A family heirloom. Called them 4 times, everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Delivery guy called a day ahead and 30 minutes ahead. Was friendly and very careful with the desk, he put it upstairs in my room. I have been looking everywhere for the Christmas tree tinsel icicles as I want to do a more vintage Christmas theme this year. The only place I can find them is online and everyone else was overpricing them big time! It was ridiculous what people were charging for tinsel! (and I'm not talking the lead kind) But here, we got a very fair price. Looks great. We haven't tried them yet since the tree isn't up yet and will be after Thanksgiving. I'm sure it will work out and maybe I'll add a picture later. Would order again.

I know it generally takes a long time to get furniture, but this couch took almost 2 months to get to me. I am really pleased with the quality and the team was awesome answering questions and even adding another piece to the sectional, so overall the experience ended positively! It was just tough waiting for so long when all I had to sit on was camp chairs. I wish there had been more of a sense of how long it would arrive before ordering but still very pleased with my purchase.
