Horrible business to deal with. Bought some garden statues which kept getting back ordered from August to December. Called the company in December to cancel order. Have to date NOT received my refund. Company will not refund my credit card and insists on sending a cheque. Ridiculous! I am beyond frustrated and just want my money back.

I was looking for an unusual wall plate which was hard to find. Not available on Amazon! I found this company on the Internet, ordered the item, and received excellent Service in every respect. Good status information from their website, good assistance from their customer service person on the phone. Fast delivery with a low price for item And small delivery charge, end item arrived exactly as promised. Could not be more satisfied!

I have been looking everywhere for the Christmas tree tinsel icicles as I want to do a more vintage Christmas theme this year. The only place I can find them is online and everyone else was overpricing them big time! It was ridiculous what people were charging for tinsel! (and I'm not talking the lead kind) But here, we got a very fair price. Looks great. We haven't tried them yet since the tree isn't up yet and will be after Thanksgiving. I'm sure it will work out and maybe I'll add a picture later. Would order again.

Ordered bulbs advertised as GE bulbs. What I received were bulbs made in Budapest. Now I can not trust this website to send me what I ordered.

My original order was good, but parts were missing. I contacted the company about my order and they said they would look into it. Shortly after that, the error was discovered and corrected. A few days later the replacement parts were delivered in great condition. This company has earned my trust and respect for the customer support they provided me. Product was great and well worth the price. I would highly recommend this company.

This place has EVERYTHING! I have ordered twice from them now for our new home and the shopping and check out process is easy and I received my order within a week. I will continue to use them.

I ordered six (6) 300 wt incandescent bulbs for $38.94. A good price. However I was charged $6.66 for TN sales tax. This amounts to about 17%.
My state/county tax is 9.25%.

I contacted Lightbulbs and noted this error and was given some gobbledygook about they use an "average" of my state's sales tax. (?)
I was told my email would be sent to accounting for "further review." This was 24 hours ago and I've had no reply. It's pretty simple: they overcharged my sales tax x2, just credit my credit card immediately.

Delays were longer than expected however I was kept informed of the status and updated on the new ETA. The delivery person left the package on the steps after 7:30 pm without a knock or ringing the bell. Package stayed out over night during windy and rainy conditions. Will need to install to determine if the electronics got damaged. Cannot blame lightbulbs but it does add more warranty claims.

After Christmas, I usually find tree icicles on sale in some store…no luck, Christmas 2023. Online, I couldn't get over how expensive they were. This company provided the only reasonable price.

Product was ok but shipping cost were way to high I wont be back! Too many characters are required for this review. Wish I didn't bother responding.

Batteries are easy to put in. They click on and fit perfectly to a variety of different shapes of heads. We had a great time with these.

My mom loves her new quail family metal art. She had this before twice but each time her friend comes over and likes that she gives it away. But she said this is the best Quail family she ever had, because of the bright colors and she's not giving this one away. She is VERY HAPPY with it!

In my first order one of the bulbs came damaged. I contacted customer service and they responded right away and sent another bulb.👍

I bought 9 Red LED Battery Operated Window Cling Candle lights for Christmas 2022 and 4 of them had dead batteries. The seller replaced the 4, but by the time they did, all 9 were dead. Needless to say, my Christmas window light situation was a disaster this year. This product is absolutely the worst.

I'm so happy i found the 2 replacement bulb for my bubble brite candolier so i found Lightbulbs on the internet so thank you again I will get more the replacement bulbs
