Needed a specialty lightbulb for older appliance. Due to pandemic, delivery was delayed. LightBulbs proactively notified me of issues and kept me posted on status. Very pleased with their professionalism and customer care!
Delays were longer than expected however I was kept informed of the status and updated on the new ETA. The delivery person left the package on the steps after 7:30 pm without a knock or ringing the bell. Package stayed out over night during windy and rainy conditions. Will need to install to determine if the electronics got damaged. Cannot blame lightbulbs but it does add more warranty claims.
When an electric supply store in our area no longer carried these "antiquated" bulbs, LightBulbs.com had them in stock and sent them immediately. It is nice to have a personal Rep. To work with who knows their product line and can provide immediate assistance.
I ordered some G9 halogen bulb sockets; they arrived quickly and in good condition. My only suggestion would be to include some information regarding wire strip length so that the user knows that the length of exposed conductor is correct prior to insertion into the socket.
I've only used 2 so far in my kitchen and the make it very bright so I'm able to see everything. Don't know how they will last it's only been about a week but certainly hope it's a long while. Thanks APS for the free starter pack I will order more as I'm able to and not too expensive.
Ordered a replacement bulb in LED for my GE range hood. When bulbs arrived, turns out bulb was. 2" too long. When requested return, assuming subject to 15% restocking fee, order was discounted by 15% for each item and then the discount was applied to the whole order. Then with the cost of return shipping, cut the total return value to 50% of purchase price. Why use them? Amazon provides same bulbs, no discounts for return and send a shipping label quick and easy. Found the bulbs on Amazon (dimensions were easy to find) and ordered them... quick delivery, no shipping... you had better up your game or you will be left in the dust!
I ordered six (6) 300 wt incandescent bulbs for $38.94. A good price. However I was charged $6.66 for TN sales tax. This amounts to about 17%.
My state/county tax is 9.25%.
I contacted Lightbulbs and noted this error and was given some gobbledygook about they use an "average" of my state's sales tax. (?)
I was told my email would be sent to accounting for "further review." This was 24 hours ago and I've had no reply. It's pretty simple: they overcharged my sales tax x2, just credit my credit card immediately.
Product was ok but shipping cost were way to high I wont be back! Too many characters are required for this review. Wish I didn't bother responding.
Liars. Item said it would "ship within a week" here we are 20 days later. Still hasn't shipped. Lightbulbs.com still has my money.

I order on line often and rarely confront such poor customer service. I emailed customer service to arrange for the exchange of a defective item within two weeks from delivery and included the attached picture. I purchased this tree that initially stood upright but started leaning so I just asked the Company to exchange it for a new one. Since the company no longer had any more in stock and we disposed of the original box when we opened it, customer service merely offered a $25 credit, which we refused on principal. Nothing in their return policy indicates that you need the original box for a defective item. The experience was very disappointing and I will never order from this company again.
Horrible business to deal with. Bought some garden statues which kept getting back ordered from August to December. Called the company in December to cancel order. Have to date NOT received my refund. Company will not refund my credit card and insists on sending a cheque. Ridiculous! I am beyond frustrated and just want my money back.
I have had a hard time finding specific mini fluorescent bulbs for my tabletop orchid greenhouse since 2002. Once had to order from Italy! Other vendors sent wrong bulb etc.

The Vickerman Blue Christmas Tree is absolutely stunning in appearance and is of extremely high quality. Sturdy metal frame; no cheap plastic parts.
The smart centers really compliment this unit. We have a single zone with multiple rooms and by averaging each room using the sensors, it really helps from getting extremely cold. Shipping was really slow for me well over a week. If your thermostat is broken and needs a replacement you may not be able to wait.
Very happy with order of specialty bulbs for a vanity light that is 20 years old. Many lighting stores are either closed or have very limited stock. These bulbs average $ 10.00 more each. Received in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Thank you!
