After making an initial enquiry, we were taken to TFG's office and met with Said Abodouni, who was very courteous and helpful. He took us to see Hotel CIEL at Dubai Marina, which is nearly complete and treated us to a boat trip round the Marina. The following day, Said took us for lunch and a visit to the Miracle Gardens - all very pleasant indeed! Back at the TFG office, we completed two transactions, one for CIEL Marine Tower and another for The First Collection, Dubai Sports City. We consider these to be favourable medium to longer-term investments and may well add additional assets at a future date. Said and Tereza were very professional, efficient and helpful!

We didn't get any product or service yet but we did purchased a vacation deal offered to us by you and we hope we'll be able to execute it and really experience Dubai as you describe it to us.

After wasting over an hour of our HOLIDAY time they didn't even offer us the breakfast they promised once we refused to purchase anything.

I'm really happy because I made a lot of money on my investment, thinking that this investment really makes extra money, I will continue to invest, it is really good.

Since i became part of TFG i have been contacted many time for meetings and other events organize by TFG, with regards to the gift certificate i want to take part of the trip to confirm my business plans with my partners.

The only objection is that for the second option at the start date, only a previous date can be selected. I put November 24 as the first date and as an alternative the closest was October 27

My experience at the first place was good but at the last moment t your office my expectations wasn't come true. You need to things more professional.

From the first day i was approached concerning the First Group Products the experience was very good, but immediately i made a full payment, First Group has gone quite on me and i don't know where i stand now.

L met a very pleasant girl at the mall of Emirate her name was Michelle and her team supervisor and colIegue and thats how l ended up in the office where l was taken and talked to the gorgeous and wonderful Roxane in English which she kept aplologising but her vibrance and enthusiasim makes everytning so interesting. Shes lovely. It was my first night in Dubai and that gave me a good start though very sceptical about the holiday but l took a chance. L am looking forward to my holiday and whatever else that might be affordable to me hoping my membership will be a benefit to both of us.

1) False promises: I hav ebeen contacted by your colleague Benamar Benabderrahmane at City Centre diera, Mall. He appraised me about investment opportunities with The First Group and as token of our time spent on visiting their project, we will get Dinner vouchers and stay vouchers for 2 nights. We never got any diner vouchers, despite various messages to Benamar over whatsapp.
2) Wrong sales pitch: I was interested in investment proposition in one of your hotel rooms etc. However, another colleague took us for hospitality and time sharing spent - I do not know why and his behavious was completely rude once we said we were not interested in Time sharing concept BUT we were intended to be discussing only Investment opportunities.

I have been with TFG company since three years and found very professional and trustworthy. They have exceptional projects. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

The agent did an awesome job on explaining about the product. The product that they are advertising are on a very high quality with competitive prices.
