I thought I was buying a one time report and ended up getting a $20 per month recurring charge. Could have been my error but not sure. They cancelled as soon as I discovered it. Information was good though.

I contacted the online chat agent related to the $20 monthly billing on my card. I do not ever recall ordering the service and certainly not for $20 per month. The online agent did a great job and with no questions asked, refunded the past 4 months of charges. Best customer service call I have had in a long time.

I used this website to look up my property. I was able to see property lines I was desiring, as well as criminal records and other extensive information I found helpful. There was a situation with me being charged some sort of other fee. But the representative was available, speedy, kind and great. I would recommend this website

Excellent Customer Service

When I generated a detailed report for a property I was investigating the legal documents I was interested in did not appear. Coincidentally, I received a follow-up email from the Support Team asking if the report was acceptable. I responded with the details of what I was looking for and they responded immediately with the email for their Research Team. Unfortunately, time constraints with local government officials mandated I obtain the documents from other local resources. I contacted Customer Service regarding this situation and they promptly refunded my payment. What a great Team! Not many companies provide this level of Customer Service. I highly recommend them and will consider them first for my future needs.

I was not aware I was being charged $10 monthly fee for the last eight months and I should have know better. I only used one and paid $1 but I did not see the small print. I recommend that this clause made clearer. However, when I called the phone number shown on my credit bill a friendly live person, Christie answered and immediately refunded me the $80. I was very pleased and I was impressed with very fast action.

I requested records on a property and paid the $1 fee but than was charged $20 for a package discount I didn't need. Support said I may have accidentally subscribed but I didn't see any information about any plans when I checked out. You might need to make it clear enough to further customers upon checking out. I would have rated a 5 star except for the unexpected charges as the report I received was through and precise.

Really didn't use it but a couple times.& really didn't know how to menuver around on it.(not very user friendly)as far as finding member dashboard(or info on ur'self (so to speak).to check on how to log in/out,how to cancel.etc... U have it(& can do it)it just not user friendly to locate it... Need a more visable(selection)box & it needs to be more up top in the right or left.just my opinion.🤷.but all in all...it gives u everything u ask for if u want to find out about a property,who in it,etc...👍...

I contacted Nicholas via live chat, and advised that I was receiving monthly CC drafts of $20, in error. I never enrolled in any new service. Nicholas reviewed my complaint and advised that there could have been a volume discount package option selected in error, which I'm not aware what that is. He was able to resolve the matter, and grant my refund request. I was pleased with the quick response, and Nicholas being able to resolve the matter. Thank you.

It was after hours, but I got a response

I was on the website after hours, 4:30, printing out some forms, but I was lost if they were they were the right ones. After 6:00, I got a text message if I got everything I needed? I needed know if I still had Homestead exception? By 6:30, I had a response, I do, and a link to a form I had as proof. It was after hours, but I got my questions resolved without knowing what form I needed. It was above and beyond the call. Never had the response like this from a government agency.

I needed to look at my records as I was in the process of selling my home. When I contacted property records I was a little skeptical as I did not want to provide all this private info but I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and so I took the risk. I was extremely pleased with the quick turnaround and was surprised to see some liens on my home for which I quickly took care of. Fast cancelation

Cancelation was fast.
I'm not sure how I subscribed for a monthly charge.
I just need to know what my property was worth but the report was outdated and not usefull at all.
The report still had my property with a home on it. Hurricane Ida took the home away.
I want to sell the property but don't know how much to sell it for.
