US realty records has a very comprehensive place where you can go to find the ownership of a property and everything you need to know about the properties in the information and what you put in so it's a great tool for real estate investors or anybody else in the real estate industry looking for information on a particular home.
The information presented is very thorough. Although, I'm not sure of it's accuracy when compared to some other references. But, the information does appear to contain interesting facts that could be confirmed further.
I paid the dollar for record then called and cancelled because it is not what I was looking for. And they charged me 1 that I agreed to pay then I looked and they charged 19.95 as well without my permission! CROOKS
I wanted to check my property status and try this site with $1.5 but it is not worth to do it.
It shows just my 13 year old record that is about I purchased this property 13 years ago.
It doesn't show any deed change after the initial deed change.
I have around 4 times mortgage changed but it doesn't appear at all.
Even $1 is not worth for the report.
I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you
If you know your own market, this is a great way to sell your home without expensive commissions. The company listed our house on all the major listing services, updated our information for open houses quickly and was easy to work with. Saved us thousands in fees.
Somehow I was looking up a property, thought it was $1.95 turns out they charged me $19.95 for 3 months. Im not sure how I even got to them. Beware! I have 2 other MLS services. Will also dispute on my credit card.
My uncle just passed away.
We needed to find out if his ex-wife was still on the deed.
This site helped me clear this situation up. (She's not, thank god)
Now I can sell the property and pay off his debt.

Looked up my own home to see what details are listed in this website's report. There was 1 inaccuracy pertaining to the number of bathrooms in my home. The report says 2 but it's actually 2.5 bathrooms, which is very different from just 2 baths when a real estate appraiser goes through. Also, police and school districts are not listed correctly. So the report is kind of "whatever." Im not too upset as it only cost $0.95- but I imagine it being a matter of principle for others to get a better and more accurate report regardless of the cost. Try another site before using this one, unless you want to pay a $1 to find out the square footage of your home's living space :)
Everything looked good but some of the info was wrong, it was built in 1994 and it has never had central air, I wish it did. I think it's awful a person can lose their home because they could not pay the taxes, and waiting on disability takes so long! This world sucks!

This is a scam. As many have also written, they offer you a cheap report, then begin charging you for a premium monthly membership for $20/month. I called to dispute it and they were not willing to refund my money, only the last month (despite what the guy responding to these reviews says). Beware of giving them your credit card information.

I just wanted some quick info on a property I'm considering putting in an offer on. You can't beat the price, $1.25. Potentially, it could save you thousands of dollars by not getting into a bad deal.
I am very pleased with my report & feel like that many others would benefit from using US Realty Records! They provide so much detailed information that there's no comparison with the other search data's. Just had problem not able to print out my paid for report. Not sure on accuracy of value or market value of this property, seems far too low. Yard is large for city. House on outside looks decent enough. Another site said it had inside sq. Footage of 1,099, not your reported sq. Footage of only 1,072. Small difference I know, but for buyer perhaps every little bit of extra space does matter. Had great picture up on May 4,2016 of house and yard, but OTC and city utilities seem to be making large changes in near future over in that area.
Do not use realty records, I used them for a one time search which was to cost only $. 95 cents. They then signed me up for a premium service at $19.95 per month without my knowledge. Tried to get my money back and they refused.

Although some details are inaccurate (I know this firsthand), and I've yet to see a date indicating how recent the data is, I'm basically pleased with the ease of navigation & results. I had a moment where I thought I'd been misled, but came to realize I was mistaken... I just needed to scroll down. The ultimate proof will be in whether, or not I'm allowed to print out this report.
After paying your $1.50 - they redirect you to a page to sign up for a monthly subscription for 29.99 per month. There is a button on the very bottom in non-attention grabbing color of grey - where you can proceed with the original basic report without getting snared into a subscription.
There are more complete reports available online that I found that has more detail offered.
Stay away from this one, they do not offer anything that is even worth the $1.50.

While I understand this isn't an actual appraisal, they do a good job using their tools available on their site to give a number that makes a lot of sense to me. It's right around where I thought it would be. Process was super easy.
This was so easy. Our dad died last week. We could not find the tax bill that due tomorrow. We got parcel number
And paid it on online. Total time it took 10 minutes. The price was next to nothing for this service.
