Not worth the $ when you can get ALL the info via public records. Reel you in with the 1.25 for single search, then hit you with full price to view the report. What a scam this company is! In the end, never got the info I was searching for! Immediately canceled

I got the same unauthorized charge for about $20, or an attempt at least, as the decoy card I put on file had a balance of less than $10 ;) They wouldn't help via email until I quit swearing, but even after I addressed the fraud crap, they mocked my language and it went back and forth. I definitely recommend against usage of this site. I'm surprised they're even still allowed to charge cards; aren't there regulations?!

Very detailed. Better than I expected. I will definitely use the information when I'm ready to make a financial move.

It would be nice if they make the report early on, so the user won't look surprised. I will use this website again and again to help me find whatever i am looking for.

I love this report on my home I can check on my home Title every so often. I can see if anyone mess with my Home Title.

I was looking for owner information on a property. The webpage goes thru this little show (checking on this, checking on that, etc) and then makes it look like they have something - but you can't see it. You have to put in your cc info and email and purchase the report beforehand.
I did that - and received a "Report" that they had no information on the property!?!
I'm reporting them to BBB and I'm going to dispute the charge on my card if they don't refund.
ALSO - I can't find anywhere on the site to close my account or edit/remove the credit card.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

While its not much, there is a trap. They have you go through all the info, including giving your credit card number, then they tell you to pay for the service! It should be said right up front.

I googled for real estate records for my property. I got this site Realty Records, asking only $1.25 for full report. I got charged for $19.95. I checked the site again if i missed any fine print, there is none! I enter the site as if new customer, still asking for 1.25 and 19.95 nowhere to be seen even when i am ready to check out. It gets better, they signed me up for monthly membership! There is no disclaimer about monthly membership at all. I called 1 800 number, operator first asking me why i needed their service. Here is the deal, nobody can question me why i buy things as long as legal purchase. I told him if i go market and buy pack of gum, cashier cannot question me why, so i refused to answer his irrelevant question. As i tiold him the question is irrelevant to the fact that, site clearly says $1.95, but charging me 19.95 plus monthly membership. He refunded my money and cancelled membership i didnt ask for. If thats not the prime example of fraud, i dont know what is. Take it form my experience and stay away from fraudsters. ( i attached screen shot of payment page $1.25, credit card charge of $19.95, and repeating charge remark in billing statement)

I was looking for tax information and found what I needed for a very reasonable price, but the next day I was charge a premium membership. I tried to email for support, but the email on the website doesn't exist (it got kicked back to me twice) and when I called on the phone the person was nearly impossible to hear and didn't listen to my issues. I believe I cancelled the subscription but I'm not positive as the person on the phone didn't listen to my issues despite several attempts and was unclear on what he was doing with the account.

All I wanted was a cancellation of the premium membership and a refund of the $20 and it felt like I was getting pushed off the phone the whole time.

I won't ever do work with this company again! I'll be reporting them on my credit card as well and stopping all payments to them.

I was very pleased with my results! The information was very helpful, especially when looking to buy. I received a full report for a very small fee! The current property value was included.
