I was looking for tax information and found what I needed for a very reasonable price, but the next day I was charge a premium membership. I tried to email for support, but the email on the website doesn't exist (it got kicked back to me twice) and when I called on the phone the person was nearly impossible to hear and didn't listen to my issues. I believe I cancelled the subscription but I'm not positive as the person on the phone didn't listen to my issues despite several attempts and was unclear on what he was doing with the account.
All I wanted was a cancellation of the premium membership and a refund of the $20 and it felt like I was getting pushed off the phone the whole time.
I won't ever do work with this company again! I'll be reporting them on my credit card as well and stopping all payments to them.
