The First Group

First group is giving me and my family an opportunity to experience discover how beautiful the city is and staying in a 5 start hotel. Looking forward to having that experience. Thanks to Lara for following up

We paid for the Dubai Lifestyle membership on 2/16/25 and attempted to book our travel for the same time period in 2026. We asked for an extension until 2/28/26 and was denied. They had absolutely no flexibility. We were also disappointed that once you attempted to activate the voucher, you could only do it 90 days in advance. One needs to book air travel way in advance. Thus, the 90 day policy makes it very difficult to make confirmations.

Been terrific experience so far. And am just signing up. I hope to receive a similar experience during my actual one week stay. That would be terrific.

My visit to Dubai was a truly rewarding experience. I'd like to express my appreciation to The First Group assisted by Mr Islam for arranging our tour of its operations and its and hotel portfolio to invest in the future. The explanation of the concept with facts and figures made us feel that investing in First group project would propel us to a great opportunity.

Our Dubai trip was nothing short of amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Nader! He did an excellent job planning everything and went out of his way to secure the hotel we wanted, even though it was fully booked. His effort and dedication didn't go unnoticed.

Beyond the planning, we truly enjoyed every moment of our trip—from the stunning sights to the incredible experiences Dubai has to offer. Everything was seamless, making it a trip to remember. We'll definitely be recommending many people back in our country.

The managers on charge of marketing are very professional in their conduct. There no peer pressure to sign up package. I think this is a genuine company with excellent code of conduct from it's manager.

Very enjoyable and enlightening the service was very much appreciated my host Moosa was a very nice chap who made the day very welcoming and comfortable if I had the money on the day I may of opted to invest but unfortunately it wasn't to be …

I was Lucky to have Isabelle Manga as my customer assitante during my stay as she made everything in her power to assist me and make my stay perfect. The planning was given before my stay but I could change things around and Isabelle always replied in a timely manner to assist me. My stay was better because of her. Many thanks

I would like make everyone Aware! Don't sign the contract unless you read A-Z and take your time least few days from first meeting, even though they say it a limited time offer and you may have missed the opportunity. Don't hesitate do some Googling search, Read reviews before engaging with The first group as there are many loops holes in the real situation with Aria Vacation club Membership! 👆1. It's not an investment even though they said you could make money for rent 2. Cooling off period (cancelling) is only 10 days! After that no happy face 😬 3 You need to pay annually service charge. (£ 900.00) 4. The first Group has passed customs personal details to another party/agents named RCI and they also send emails asking sign contracts and pay for membership if want to use points to use for other countries vacation 👉5Aria vacation membership is only for Dubai not world wide 👆 6. Consider your financial situation and your commitments. You may just lose your hand earned money as happened to us. 🤝 7 Don't trust verbal promises from sales agents and keep all in writing by emails or text messages. We have not consider above point and signed the contact and pay money. Now have request to cancel the membership and request for refunds as we feel we been misled. Actually we just visit Dubai on our way back form holiday as Flights transit. We only stayed 2 days in Dubai and it was first time in Dubai. We didn't had any intention to engaged with any kind of business in abroad. Now we are regret for visiting Dubai and the canceling and claim refunds situation is painful and more distressing Its not straight forward at all. This should not happened to any tourists anymore!. Its bad for Tourists industry in Dubai.!
We were picked up by The first Group agents at Monorail Station and we been offered free 2 night hotel stay and tour to tallest hotel.(later found that it was still on under construction)
However we endup with signed contract for Aria Vacation membership and made payments of £8000. 00 as they promised that we can gain income money by rent if we not use for our self. But long story short. Still need to pay more and more money and could not find the way to get out with this.

Thougt we would be informed about real estate possibilities in Dubai hotels.
After short vist in showroom transported to hotel/resort awaiting a tour and explaination around possibilies. Waited a long time there. No tour, only offering was a reduced price on a 7 day stay in a hotel. So just a sales promo action instead getting information. What a waste of time.

It was great to be able to meet such amazing people and visit their great community
