This is my second experience with The first group and I am so delighted with how welcoming and organizing they are
We treated everyone with the utmost respect. But once we decided that we are not ready to purchase any if what they offer us. The sakes person ignored us and never responded to us when we told her goodbye.
I will never gi through this experience again... ever.

Thougt we would be informed about real estate possibilities in Dubai hotels.
After short vist in showroom transported to hotel/resort awaiting a tour and explaination around possibilies. Waited a long time there. No tour, only offering was a reduced price on a 7 day stay in a hotel. So just a sales promo action instead getting information. What a waste of time.
I would like make everyone Aware! Don't sign the contract unless you read A-Z and take your time least few days from first meeting, even though they say it a limited time offer and you may have missed the opportunity. Don't hesitate do some Googling search, Read reviews before engaging with The first group as there are many loops holes in the real situation with Aria Vacation club Membership! 👆1. It's not an investment even though they said you could make money for rent 2. Cooling off period (cancelling) is only 10 days! After that no happy face 😬 3 You need to pay annually service charge. (£ 900.00) 4. The first Group has passed customs personal details to another party/agents named RCI and they also send emails asking sign contracts and pay for membership if want to use points to use for other countries vacation 👉5Aria vacation membership is only for Dubai not world wide 👆 6. Consider your financial situation and your commitments. You may just lose your hand earned money as happened to us. 🤝 7 Don't trust verbal promises from sales agents and keep all in writing by emails or text messages. We have not consider above point and signed the contact and pay money. Now have request to cancel the membership and request for refunds as we feel we been misled. Actually we just visit Dubai on our way back form holiday as Flights transit. We only stayed 2 days in Dubai and it was first time in Dubai. We didn't had any intention to engaged with any kind of business in abroad. Now we are regret for visiting Dubai and the canceling and claim refunds situation is painful and more distressing Its not straight forward at all. This should not happened to any tourists anymore!. Its bad for Tourists industry in Dubai.!
We were picked up by The first Group agents at Monorail Station and we been offered free 2 night hotel stay and tour to tallest hotel.(later found that it was still on under construction)
However we endup with signed contract for Aria Vacation membership and made payments of £8000. 00 as they promised that we can gain income money by rent if we not use for our self. But long story short. Still need to pay more and more money and could not find the way to get out with this.
Very good experience. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and energetic. Provided all clarifications. Even back office executives had all the necessary knowledge.

My experience with The First Group has been mixed. On the one hand, the company presents interesting investment opportunities in Dubai's hospitality sector, with well-located properties and a highly professional sales process. Their sales team is knowledgeable and provides extensive insights into the market and potential returns.
However, my visit to Balqis Residence fell significantly short of expectations. I was promised a VIP experience, yet the reality was far from what had been communicated. Instead of the expected access to the pool, we were placed on the beach with no clear explanation.
Moreover, the staff was not sufficiently attentive or responsive to guests' needs. Requests were often met with delays or vague responses, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
Another major concern was the persistent hidden costs for services that should have been included in the package. The lack of transparency regarding pricing and the benefits advertised was disappointing and undermined trust in the service.
In conclusion, while The First Group offers an intriguing investment concept, my experience at Balqis Residence was underwhelming. The level of service did not align with expectations, and the unclear pricing structure was a significant drawback. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues.

Many promises has been not kept. Salesman was very pushy and wanted me to close the deal the same day... Also I wasn't allow to check with my tax advisor in Europe... I really wanted to invest a lot of money and didn't work out. I will try to find other Dubai groups.

Good in the beginning, but I slowly started feeling pushed to make a decision, when I declined I experienced a change in expression and refused to drop to the hotel, from where I was initially picked up by the driver, however managed to drop to some spot in the middle. I think that if the offer has excellent benefits, then the client will come back in the future, it does not matter if he chooses not to decide on the spot.
From the receptions I was treated like a king.

We were stopped in Dubai airport and told we could have a tour of the Ciel tower in Dubai marina. Instead we were taken to an office block in the middle of no where and repeatedly asked if we wanted to invest in a hotel room and then asked if purchase a further visit to Dubai which we had to pay there and then. It was a complete waste of time, my 2 boys were really upset as they thought they were going to the Ciel hotel and left my wife and I really angry
