Hello, when we purchased the package, we had made a promise with your representative about staying at the hotel in the marina. However, we could not see your hotel in the marina on the list. We also agreed that our 9-year-old son would be included in the activities free of charge. We would be grateful if you could help us with these issues. Thank you.

We paid for the Dubai Lifestyle membership on 2/16/25 and attempted to book our travel for the same time period in 2026. We asked for an extension until 2/28/26 and was denied. They had absolutely no flexibility. We were also disappointed that once you attempted to activate the voucher, you could only do it 90 days in advance. One needs to book air travel way in advance. Thus, the 90 day policy makes it very difficult to make confirmations.

Our Dubai trip was nothing short of amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Nader! He did an excellent job planning everything and went out of his way to secure the hotel we wanted, even though it was fully booked. His effort and dedication didn't go unnoticed.

à la vente du pack on m'a promis que la date d'expiration du pack pourrait être étendue car j'avais expliqué que les seules vacances où je pourrais revenir seront en Février, et il semble que cela soit compliqué et Amnay Belkadi (qui m'a vendu le pack e,n me disant que je ne devais pas m'inquiéter et qu'il pourra étendre jusqu'à Avril 2025 si besoin) semble avoir quitté le groupe. Cela ne me rassure pas du tout sur le sérieux du groupe. Et j'espère que mo séjour sera accepté malgré tout et que tout ira bien.
I loved the business model the fact that you can pay in installation. Your investment being protected by the government. And I don't have to supervise anything. Was a win for me.

The First group team are friendly, and they very helpful.
During our arrival we received a warm welcome reception by a staff and the officials came one by one and introduced them selves and told as about the First Group products and services. Mr Said gave as a tour and invited us a helicopter tour of Dubai and tell us about the tallest hotel in the world. Finally we discussed about our next year vacation package in the First Group hotels. Mr. Said and his manager gave us a discount and agreed to sign the membership. Overall we are very happy with the First Group managements and staffs.
