I have been trying to use my two nights free voucher in dubai, but the online system's calendar widget us faulty and does not show dates. Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved. I have emailed many times and have also called many times, but no luck.

At first it was good everything but every moment someone else came and asking/telling what we came for, so one told us its was for buying properties (thats what i came for) and one toke us somewhere (palm Jumeirah) and telling us about hotel credit/point etc after 40 minutes i Said is in buying properties or what? Hè Said No its Some other project (staying in hotel and saving points etc…) so in was the wrong presentation and wasting time. After that The put us in a car with Some other cliënts who where also not treathed well they complained also and the where told that they would drop them back at There hotel but The driver was told just drop them to emirates Mall nog further ….he was angry and wanted step out and paying taxi out his self. I told him to relax and go to my hotel it was near and from there they could take The taxi and they did. This company is not good organised and No personal manager (what other companes have) So when a company is not organized i will never put my money in them
From our touch in the airport, members were very happy, excited and made our experience memorable, giving us a great opportunity to know the activities of TFG and the possibility to have a business relationship. We were approached by a TFG sales rep (Ahmed) at City Centre Deira mall, the rep promised to secure 50% discount vouchers to the tourist sites we were interested in, if we attend a 1.30minutes presentation. He also promised a tour of Dubai and helicopter cinema experience.
We finally agreed and was picked up by a driver on 26 Dec. We were held up for 6 hours of presentation after presentation of their offers. We eventually succumbed and signed up with the Aria Vacation club. With an initial deposit of 2500USD. We were told that for agreeing to make a deposit, the admin fee will be waived and we had the 10 day cooling off period. That was when everything changed.
First, Ahmed disappeared and stopped responding to messages and never provided the 50% discount vouchers he promised. Instead I was sent an app where I had to subscribe with 170USD to access discounts at tourist sites in Dubai. So basically asking me to pay for the discounts.
Secondly, after the charm wore off, i made some research and found a mountain of negative reviews of TFG and Aria. I contacted the manager on 1 Jan to cancel my membership. That was when the claws came out.
They are refusing to refund my 2500USD deposit, claiming it is now an admin fee. The Manager, IIham Mokrani became very rude and hostile on WhatsApp.
I have been SCAMMED by smooth talkers. By the way, one of the reps claimed he was a professional American baseball player, another big lie.

All the staffs we met we just very nice people but the loophole is that at the first encounter they don't tell you the motive behind taking you to their office. Upon reaching there that we got to know what was behind and honestly speaking we can't force people to buy packages at high prices.

Your staff deceived me into paying for a travel package for my next October holiday, without telling all the conditions that will make my aspiration of holiday in Dubai become a reality.
After I paid the amount charged for package, I was called by one Isabel from your travel team, who told me I can not visit dubai for my holiday except I have a UK or shengen visa as a nigerian. She was so rude in her manner of appraoch, she hung the phone on me and yelled at me without showing any empathy that my savings for holiday plan is almost messed up by the restriction of visa to dubai
Your staff Heba, who sold the package to me without telling me all the truth refused to talk to me anymore when I called, rather she only charts me, contrary to her many calls before i paid
They say they are selling property apartments where as they are not but they are a vacation club totally misleading information
